The design of the "kitchen" is very poor for the conditions of the employees; everything is a mess; there is no sign on the door indicating that this is a post office. Employees talk extremely on personal topics even with clients, which creates an atmosphere of a "village" or "province" where every second person simply does not have the etiquette for normal communication. The staff's chatter does not inspire confidence that this system will improve very soon. An employee training package is urgently needed. Apparently, they took root long ago and believed in themselves that they would not be replaced by others. We need to update, guys, and customers will reach out to you!
