I came to this post office in the middle of the first working day, on Monday, expecting to see a very large queue there for both credit and for sending / picking up parcels. but I was even surprised that there were almost no people at all. there was a grandmother and grandfather, they waited calmly. the workers, despite the small number of people, discussed their own employees in a bad way. I came to pick up the parcel, as I did it for the first time, I was very stupid... the employee helped me, although it was clear that she was not particularly happy.
in general, I have no complaints. I did not apply for loans, and so on, since I am not 18 years old. but I'm picking up the parcels, and in principle I'm happy with everything. (since this is the only post office in our village...)
