I received a package, I sat down, they forwarded it to our post office, but the package disappeared. In Shemonaih, they say that they sent it to us, but we say that there is no parcel. I arrived at the post office in Shemonaiha, they didn't even listen to me, they said that they had already told me that they had sent it to our post office. Tomorrow is the deadline to pick up the parcel, the goods in it are sealed. What should I do if I don't get a refund, because the package arrived under the program, and I didn't pick it up?

I came to this post office in the middle of the first working day, on Monday, expecting to see a very large queue there for both credit and for sending / picking up parcels. but I was even surprised that there were almost no people at all. there was a grandmother and grandfather, they waited calmly. the workers, despite the small number of people, discussed their own employees in a bad way. I came to pick up the parcel, as I did it for the first time, I was very stupid... the employee helped me, although it was clear that she was not particularly happy.
in general, I have no complaints. I did not apply for loans, and so on, since I am not 18 years old. but I'm picking up the parcels, and in principle I'm happy with everything. (since this is the only post office in our village...)
