What can I say, regular mail. Payment, letters, parcels both to send and receive. There would be more branches closer to home. The staff was not rude to me, they know their job.

For some reason, they don't pick up the phone when you call to find out how the pension stage is given. It's not possible to get through. When Natalia's boss is working, she will always answer and tell you everything.
