My score is 3, due to the fact that Kazpost was trying to step forward and there was a time when the pillars were working. But everything rolled back and again in the offices of Kazpost they work the old-fashioned way - you show your ID and they take out the parcel to you, but you have to stand in line and go through a small quest. The parcel supermarket functions fully only in the head office.
But there are also huge advantages in the work of Kazpost - it is the only company that delivers to all regions and cities for an acceptable payment and a specified period.
With the transfer of the delivery of all parcels there, you have to stand in line for a long time. This is not a parcel supermarket. Therefore, everything happens extremely slowly.
Kazpost is far from the smartest management, as in many other government offices. This is a problem of Kazakhstan. Why the delivery of parcels from the parcel supermarket was moved there is unclear. Except that this is outright sabotage in order to worsen the service and increase the already not the most loyal attitude of the people towards everything state-owned. I consider it as a diversion and pushing the people to go to rallies against the government. I recommend that you put things in order, and not provoke the population out of discontent. And so the situation is tense.
Polite staff, there is always no queue, you don't wait long, they give out the parcel quickly, even at the checkout the staff are polite, mostly pensioners are served at the Post Office, and I always notice the attention of the staff, friendly, polite, prompt, show, well done 👍🏻
