There is usually no queue to receive or send mail, but the manager serves silently, you need to figure out what and how to fill in, so it takes a long time. Upon receipt of the money transfer, I sat with the coupon for more than an hour, the queue was 25-30 people, the service windows were about four. The queue is mainly for paying for communal services and receiving a pension.
