The level of service has increased significantly recently. The staff has become much more polite, competent, friendly, more willing to answer questions, and it is pleasant to communicate with them.

It's an awfully long time you sit there, there are no employees, people are endlessly outraged and swear at the penny elements, you ask for more than an hour and a half, the service is terrible
