If you don't like it, go to another department, say the ladies, who should retire long ago! There is no order! It's always dirty! Garbage is everywhere, it's obvious that it hasn't been cleaned for a long time! It's outrageous!!! To the question: Give me a form to fill out for sending a parcel to Germany, I receive an answer: It's expensive to send a package there! Is my money being counted??? The cost was called 15,000 more expensive than the tariff! Drive in the neck! Starting from the head management, ending with the cashiers. 😑

There is always a huge queue due to the poor organization of the process.
You can't buy stamps, paste them yourself, and drop a letter in the mailbox.
Employees put stamps on letters themselves, pack parcels, instead of letting people fill out papers or put things in a box and serve another customer at that time. Sending one email without notification takes 15 minutes at the window and 50 minutes in the queue.
