I found the system broken and the place full of people. "You have a queue all the way to the street!" one outraged woman shouted. I stayed there for an hour, of which about thirty minutes in one place, and only the last moments were to pick up a parcel from the right cell and receive it as soon as possible. Overall, it's clean and nice. It's hectic, but in non-critical times, I think it's quieter here.

It's clean, there's a special wheelchair ramp at the entrance, polite operators, an ATM, a supermarket for delivering parcels from China, and a clean bathroom
