👥 Staff - it is clear that more people pass through them, but agree to take the same surgeon, who receives a lot of people every day, and performs operations for some because of a bad mood, just cut them with a scalpel wherever he wanted, and here it feels like there are people who come for their questions, who they behave more than calmly and with dignity, in turn, they tolerate such an attitude from the staff, rudeness, indifference, raised tones, etc... The staff themselves do not always competently answer questions, and sometimes they are simply sent from one window to another.
The interior is again understandable for a large number of people, but everything is provided by the state, so I can't understand why it is always so shabby, it's always dirty, people don't even have anywhere to sit, they can't approach the stand with the assistants of the PSC. Somehow, the location is not very well thought out and the space is occupied for the most part by computers themselves and desks with employees.
🕐Stay time - it is optimal to arrive either early in the morning or before closing, otherwise you will lose a lot of time.
