A long, satisfying wait in line to deliver a package. Post offices are being closed, people are gathering at Kazpost. Please add more tables with operators. The service is zero. You can also correct this by monitoring the services provided. Otherwise, there is such a big load on 2-3 operators, and people are wasting time in the queue. The CMFR is not visible on the monitor, the speaker whistles and squeaks, the program freezes. This is the Central Post Office! I hope that next time everything will please us, ordinary customers.

Very poor service. There is no service. I received the product from AliEpress, which turned out to be inappropriate, according to the rules of AliEpress, I have to send the product back to the seller to receive compensation, but Kazpost commented otherwise, said that we would not send the product back and the only option is to pick up the product and forget about compensation. And the biggest disadvantage is parking, which is not there! There is an entrance from the courtyard, but they close the gates there and do not let them in. Three huge places came by mail and since there was nowhere to park transport, I had to leave the building in the courtyard of a storey building at the back and drag one box back and forth on foot. Although the territory at the back has access to the parking lot and can be freely used, but they do not give such an opportunity. I do not advise anyone to use their services.
