I don't use cash registers, I can't tell you anything about them, but as for sending mail, I would like to suggest that bulk shipments be a separate queue, otherwise you sit with 1 letter for an hour! One of the worst branches in the city!!! Parcels are being lost, the attitude is disgusting! That's also how they like to do interethnic conflicts!!! There is no respect for customers at all! It's a pity I didn't record the video!!!
There are inexperienced cashiers. Somehow I came to withdraw money from the account. I was told that the account had been seized. I couldn't answer who and how. But when I got to the head office, it turned out that the account had not been arrested at all.
