A state-owned company. For the delivery of postal items. Parcels go by time as if they are being transported by horse-drawn wagons. I try to use alternative companies.

I came at 9 a.m., for the opening, they told me to wait, because they have some problems there and they can't figure them out. I waited for half an hour, the staff literally had to beg me to serve. They were also rude. I do not recommend categorically contacting here
