Take care of your nerves, avoid this office. Very annoying and polite managers until the moment of payment. Then their teams all get sick, one of the survivors does not have time to go anywhere. They need to be understood, after all, people. I paid for the order on October 31, but I still haven't received the entire volume. They say that this does not affect the functionality of the marriage. They offer discounts for marriage. But not a word that new parts will be brought and replaced. The last time I talked to them, I forgot why I went to the store.

I ordered a shower partition. We arrived 3 days later. The installers began to install the glass and broke it. They said they would do it at their own expense and they would call and say when they would bring 2 days have passed, they were silent, they would not get through to the installers, I had to call the office on Saturday to find out, the manager replied that they would bring them on Tuesday, they did not have them, they called again on Thursday, I was taking leave from work for that day, now they are moving to Friday. What nonsense they are talking about. Every time because of these installers, I have to ask for time off.
