It's terrible!!!! We could not resolve the issue with the hotel, we bought a room for 3 people, 2 adults and 1 child (15 years old) there should be a full-fledged place (bed) but we were told that there would be a cot. In general, my lawyer solved the issue. We will no longer buy from kaztur. And I do not advise others!

I have booked a tour to Turkey for May. When booking, there were doubts whether I would be able to go on vacation, because it was unclear whether I would be able to take time off from work. Tour operator Dina recommended booking a tour, and if I can't go, then I can cancel the reservation for free, and if I apply 21 days before departure, then a full refund. As a result, at the end of March it became clear that I would not be able to go in May, I asked for a refund, to which I was told that I had to pay a fine of 10,000 tenge. It turned out that the refund was still incomplete. If you book, keep this in mind.
