I often visit this hotel at conferences, I really like the convenient location in the center of Almaty, in the golden square, convenient location, good transport interchange, beautiful place, I like the hotel itself with polite staff, delicious food, beautiful interior, it is very cozy and comfortable here, there is a swimming pool, sauna, fitness room. I recommend all guests of the southern capital to visit this hotel

A very good hotel was on a business trip, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is very plentiful and varied. The location is also in the center to the green bazaar about 20 minutes on foot, there is a large shopping center nearby. There is an option to order dinners actually on the restaurant menu, national cuisine dishes are available, everything is very tasty. There is a swimming pool and a sauna, but the pool is already in need of renovation.

I enjoyed spending 5 nights here in 2021.
Such a comfortable mattress in a double suite. Delicious buffet breakfast, hot on marmites. I liked the delicious fresh salad of tomatoes and cucumbers of the RAVA variety, omelette and of course bacon from the contact grill. I shared my room with my colleague, very conveniently, taking into account the gender difference (he is a man) if there is a screen for changing clothes during the presence of another person in the room. Ventilation is excellent, especially in the toilet/ shower. The necessary cosmetics - Soap, shampoo, shower gel and toothpaste are available. However, hotel cosmetics are suitable for me only from a 5-star hotel chain.
But it was very comfortable to stay here in autumn. There is parking and extremely polite staff. I liked it! I will definitely stay in one of the hotels of your chain next time, but at a different address in your metropolis of Almaty. The main location is close to the office where my colleague worked.
Houseeping works efficiently and without obsession.
The bathroom is perfectly white.
