Great hotel, but reception is a bit slow. The requests made for reception are not processed straight away. For instance my door in room 433 was not working properly-it didn’t close automatically as it should-so one time after cleaning (i assume) when i went back to hotel room, my door was open-which left unpleasant feeling. I asked receptionist twice to fix the door and no reaction followed

I stayed in this hotel for six months at a time, and many more times for several days. Pretty clean, delicious breakfasts, good staff. There are smoking rooms. Great location. There is a 24-hour outdoor fitness room, albeit a small one.
But there are also disadvantages: it's too expensive. Very strange behavior of the water temperature in the shower: it changes to an icy state every 10 seconds. Then it returns to the set value. It is very invigorating in the morning.

Excellent location in the very center of the city, modern design, excellent service. The kitchen is excellent, the conference rooms are fully equipped with everything you need. Perhaps this is one of the best elections in the center of Almaty. I recommend it, you won't regret it.

Negative feedback helps to develop. First of all, about the good things - the rooms are spacious, clean, well-groomed, the pillows are very comfortable. The breakfasts are excellent with a good selection, it was fun to have breakfast with dumplings and dumplings along with a wide selection of salads and omelets. From the negative: the hot water flowed barely warm a couple of times in the evening, during the cool evenings it turned out very unpleasant that it was impossible to warm up properly. And yet, they gave out a terrible breakfast with them (they flew away early) - an egg, a piece of cheese, a piece of sausage, a cucumber, tomatoes... Make a sandwich - it's convenient and it turns out quite well.

A pleasant hotel. Small. With a good repair. Responsive staff. For breakfast, you can cook scrambled eggs/ omelet as you like. Nice room. Clear. Cleaning every day. One of the disadvantages is the design of the bathroom - instead of a curtain, transparent glass that moves and everything pours onto the floor. The water was heated for a long time in the morning. However, I got up at 6-7 in the morning. Tea, coffee, and water were added in the room all the time. Fridge. Good location in a green area. I'll be happy to come back.

The hotel is clean and freshly renovated. A very varied buffet. There is plenty for any guest to choose from. There are any goodies, even for picky children and their parents. The staff was friendly, very quick to respond to questions and helped with on-site solutions. There is a caveat - if you need documents about your stay, for example, for those who came on a business trip, get the documents on a weekday before 19:00. It is impossible to do this on a weekend. But there is a solution - the hotel is ready to send you your documents by mail to the specified address. In my opinion, it is an excellent choice

I don't even know what kind of review to leave! We often accommodated guests in this hotel. There were no complaints or complaints. The penultimate time, the guest complained about the noise, they didn't let him sleep, they wandered along the corridor all night and just made noise. But what happened this time, the situation is out of the ordinary. Due to heavy snowfall, the flights were disrupted, the luggage arrived earlier and the luggage was addressed to the hotel, the guest arrived at night. To check in, I had to look for 15 minutes for security, a receptionist, a bartender, at least one living person. We went around the dining room, the kitchen, the staff room - no one! Two men came in and started asking for alcohol, a bar, and water. No one. After 15 minutes, I started screaming for help, and a woman came out, also looking for someone. A guard came out and started shouting that we were making noise, disturbing the guests... After a couple more minutes, a nice girl came out and finally gave me the keys. In the morning, our guest called and said everything was fine. I hope it's a coincidence, but please update the security briefing! Security has been breached!

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights.
Positive:
- convenient location of the hotel;
- the room is clean, the interior is good, everything works;
- the staff responds quickly to requests (to bring water, change of linen);
- quick check-in.
Minuses:
- the breakfasts are tasteless;
- the waiters can not cope with the load and do not have time to clean up after the visitors, which is why the tables are littered with dirty dishes;
- the staff enters the room, despite the "do not disturb" sign, and without knocking.
The last point is the reason for my low rating of the hotel. I consider it unsafe to live in.

The hotel is centrally located, but in a quiet location. There is a small park nearby. The main attractions are 15-20 minutes away on foot.
The staff is polite and attentive. The room was cleaned every day and the towel was changed. Everything is clean and cozy.
I take off the star for the food. There is a large selection for breakfast, there is always something to choose from.
But the menu is a disaster. It's not tasty at all! We have tried several dishes, it is impossible to eat. So if this is important to you, keep in mind.

Some of the rooms overlook the courtyard of the police department, not the most interesting landscape, but in general it does not interfere)

I lived for a week. In my opinion, the price is more than overpriced, but in Kazakhstan it is now a big problem, as is renting, including for citizens of the country. Therefore, in general, I was sympathetic)
I'll start with the cons:
- they gave out a key card from the room, in an insert that was already heavily in use... very unsightly! This is the first thing a guest receives at the hotel, can you order these inserts and give new ones?)
- dirty walls, dirty carpet, the room is cleaned, but without fanaticism, if something is spilled they may not notice.
- there are expired snacks in the mini-bar, but it's big and if you need it, you can use it, but it's expensive.
- the refrigerator of the mini-bar is practically not a refrigerator, it will not work to remove the conditional yogurt.
- if you do not leave before 12.00, they will most likely not clean up, they will only take out the garbage and leave a sign that they could not clean up. It is important not to forget to turn on the scoreboard with a request for cleaning and turn off the "do not disturb" scoreboard, which I forgot on day 1)
- mattresses are just hyper-rigid, not everyone will like them.
- there are no lockers/nightstands/drawers at all. It's unusual when everything is publicly available.
Positive:
- excellent location, peace and quiet + there are many grocery stores around.
- stylish design of the rooms and the MOP.
- delicious and very varied breakfast.
- on the 2nd floor there is a very soulful terrace.
- friendly and courteous staff!
If the prices become more adequate, I will definitely come again :)
