The hotel is certainly not worth its stars. Upon arrival, the proposed 3 rooms turned out to be dirty, the bath (shower) and toilet were not cleaned, after which they were given a more or less clean room. Then they really moved to a normal one, for which thanks to the administrator. The breakfasts are varied, but most of the dishes are not delicious! And they also brought me a letter at the reception, so they forgot to give it to me and notify me that the letter had arrived. They didn't say anything at the check-out either. In general, employees are forgetful, cleaning leaves much to be desired. If it cost a thousand 3 days, then it is normal, but for the paid 7000 days the hotel does not match at all, check the rooms!!!
The hotel is cozy, with a summer veranda, delicious breakfast, everything is there.
There was an incident with an error in check-in, an early check-in was booked, but an error occurred in the database, we had to wait a long time for a free and prepared room. The hotel is new and it can be seen that it is constantly maintained in good condition. All in pleasant green and olive tones. They clean it every day. They put in new water every day. The rooms are not large but cozy. But the bathroom is spacious.
The buffet breakfast is served until 10:00, but many dishes finish 30 minutes before the end without updating. The food is quite monotonous, but it does not bother you for 2-3 days of stay. The main problem in a restaurant is where to put the lid removed from the pan to put food on your plate? There's just no place to put the lid on.
Very tasty cherry juice and carrot cake!
About 50 percent of the visitors are Arabs with their families.
The staff is polite, but they won't tear up to help the client.

I will say not as a guest, but as a resident of a neighboring house, the administration of this hotel cannot even organize the removal of its garbage, but takes the waste to neighboring yards. Being bestial to the neighbors of nearby houses, is it possible to treat the guests normally?
The service is poor, and the location of the sockets in the conference room is inconvenient. Lunch is not tracked by the number of guests. We were late - there were not enough dishes. The coffee machine did not work, and there was no coffee separately for one day. The room is not equipped completely for wheelchair users, I had to buy a facility for the sanitary needs of the guest, although they said that everything is there!
The hotel is new, clean, the breakfasts are good, but the doors are cardboard, the room is cold, the pillows are terrible ... unfortunately, 3 nights in the hotel and I didn't sleep properly.
It is very cozy, clean and delicious. Great location. It is especially pleasant to sit on the outdoor veranda in the evening. There's nothing to get to.

Room cleaning leaves much to be desired: dirty towels will be taken away, and new ones will be forgotten, tea and coffee will not be updated, and so on, etc. Coffee cream is not available.
There is only one trash can per room, in the toilet. There is no room, it is very uncomfortable.
There are no irons in the room and they do not bring: There is a small soulful ironing room with one board and one iron for the whole hotel.
The restaurant staff does not know what to do and this is not at all with a full landing, but with individual guests. Even they forget to take the terminal and the pen with them)) One good thing is that the cook cooks deliciously.
The wifi at the hotel flew off, they couldn't fix it for 2 days and 2 nights, maybe longer, but we left
