I would like to share my experience with Kazzhumyskim company in the context of ordering workwear for my company. Although I appreciate the quality of your products, I would like to express my disappointment at some of the problems that have arisen in the course of our cooperation.
When submitting the logo for printing, I provided it in EPS format, as it was created in Adobe Illustrator. However, Kazzhumiskim demanded a file in Corel Draw (CDR) format. I tried to meet their requirements and even installed Corel Draw to save the file in the desired format and resend it.
Unfortunately, when they received the CDR file, they reported that it contained viruses and could not open it. I was confident in the security of my computer and decided to come to them to help with opening the file. To my surprise, they tried to open the CDR file in the Google Chrome browser (!!!), which naturally caused an error. When I demonstrated to them that the file was opening successfully in Corel Draw on their computer, they mentioned that their printer had an outdated version of Corel Draw installed and therefore could not open it.
What worries me is that instead of looking for a joint solution, the manager started swearing at me, claiming that I should have sent the file in a format compatible with their outdated software. I believe that as a client, I have the right to expect that the company has up-to-date software capable of working with various file formats used in the industry.
As a result, I did not feel the support and professionalism from Kazzhumyskim. I believe that they should be ready to solve problems that arise and settle them together with customers, and not shift responsibility to them and behave incorrectly.
My overall impression of cooperation with Kazzhumyskim left much to be desired. I decided to contact another workwear supplier, where I was provided with more professional service and willingness to cooperate.
