Good time of day. I do not recommend it. I left my shoes on Saturday, there was no master, there was a receptionist. I asked her to glue the sole in summer shoes, she looked at it and said that it was not a fact that the master would be on Monday and then we would call and coordinate the work. On Monday, they call and say that they did, though they stitched (((((((((( tin spoiled the sole and also the skin on the shoes themselves. I asked why they didn't call me, to which they replied they forgot to call, sorry for the work, you can not pay ((( and the fact that the shoes are ruined is a trifle ((( which I did not read the previous reviews((((

I agree with the previous client. The job is done TERRIBLY!!! I only asked to change the backs inside good sneakers and after the work done I had to throw them away!!!! Because they just stuck a piece of skin on me, which rubbed my leg until it bled!!!!

The child's shoes are ruined. Now it's a shame to even go outside. That's how you can do your job. Considering that the shoes were almost new, she was dressed several times outside. It's just that the sole of our "wonderful" slides has worn off a little. I decided to fix it, that's the result. The boorish attitude of the staff and the "friends" who allegedly came at that moment. The management did not answer calls from my phone, after writing in the "Book of complaints and suggestions", only from my husband's phone and then in a boorish form and after they hung up the phone altogether. So much for the service.

It has existed for a long time. They do it well. Both shoes and clothing repairs. The prices are normal. Sometimes shoe repair deadlines are delayed, but this is during peak season, so it's forgivable.
