I am currently staying at this hotel (for a week now), on the recommendation of friends. I couldn't have breakfast this morning! I am shocked by the new a la cart breakfast service system at your hotel. This should not be the case in a 4-star hotel. I want to see what I eat and limit the amount - this is not a service for a hotel of this level. I travel a lot and no hotel in the world does this with the onset of low season. I want to make toast the way I like, pour coffee with milk in the proportions I like.
