I encountered difficulties trying to contact the organization. My requests via WhatsApp remained unanswered. When making phone calls, they either did not answer, or the connection was interrupted immediately after the operator answered. In one case, when I mentioned my WhatsApp message, the call was immediately terminated, and I was unable to contact this number later. Such an experience of interacting with the company's communication channels left an extremely negative impression. Establishing effective communication with clients, in my opinion, is an important area for improvement.
