It's a very cool and delicious place. The service is at the highest level, the menu is varied. The location is very convenient (2 minutes from the highway and the center of Dilijan). There is a convenient and free parking. The restaurant staff are very fond of animals and feed stray dogs, for whom they have arranged a cozy place next to the restaurant. Dogs do not interfere with visitors.
The most delicious lamb kebab in Dilijan. A very thin and complex soup with the addition of pomegranate juice (to feel all the flavor nuances of this soup, it is better to wash it down with plain water - alcohol and even juice will make it difficult to perceive its bouquet). The vodka is gorgeous
It just doesn't taste good!the interior is generally not bad, the serving and serving of dishes is interesting! That's it!We ordered lunch:soups for vegetarian Europeans, we took chicken and lentil soup, the taste is zero.the pizza is large in size (for two), but again, the taste is zero.I only liked the compote.I do not recommend visiting!prices are above average.after the most delicious gastronomically dinners in other places, we felt completely disappointed!
A very interesting concept of potted food, awesome pies in a frying pan, especially peach cobbler, but lamb in beer is strange, there is very, very little meat in a pot with an indistinct broth. And the soups are great.
The place is cozy, the food is delicious, but the service needs improvement. Drinks were served after the meal, hot for 1 guest along with snacks and waiting for the hot dishes of two other guests.
Kchuch and Tava (two restaurants side by side with a similar menu) are the favorite restaurants in Dilijan! The atmosphere, comfort, huge portions and insanely delicious food. Be sure to try baked tomatoes with cheese!
Visit number 1.>>>
I advise everyone to visit this place. There is grace and beauty on the street, on the verandas. Very tasty (well, just sooooo!!!!!!) and quite quickly. We ordered soup, salads, and hot dishes. They brought it as stated in 20-30 minutes. The portions are really big. Any dish, including salads, can be divided into two at least, count your strength :)))
2.
The first campaign was successful, but I will add my review with the second one... No luck here anymore))
We wanted to sit down on the street. The open tables were occupied except for one, we were told that there was supposedly a reserve on it, but people from the next table were already taking the check and soon left, we decided to walk a little and come back. We came, sat down, and no one showed up at the supposedly armored table, so it remains a mystery why they didn't put us in immediately. First, I went up to the waiter and asked if there was an option to wish a person a happy birthday and stick a candle in the dessert? I got the answer yes. I asked to bring dessert immediately after all the dishes. OK, they told me. We ordered the dishes. Veal in wine sauce, it was some kind of cartilage with piles of meat, it didn't look very good. I took a spicy salad from the oven-well, it was very fatty, I couldn't eat it, and by the way it was very spicy (fans of chili and fatty foods will like it), chopped vegetables just float in a large layer of oil. Well, the cherry on the cake is dessert. Before finishing lunch, I asked if dessert was being prepared, had they forgotten? They told me it was getting ready. We wait. We're finishing up. We are waiting again. It's already getting uncomfortable, because we need to leave, and the birthday boy doesn't understand why we're sitting here.. I'm going to find out, they tell me what they're cooking, even though we ate 15 minutes ago... In general, after another 20 minutes, they bring a completely different dessert that I ordered with a candle that just doesn't stand, but falls. And of course, everything was included in the bill. It doesn't matter whether you ordered something or not and whether you liked it or not. This time, the service was at zero, the dishes were prepared for a long time, expectations were not met and the surprise at the dr was spoiled. Thank you. I don't know if I'll come back)
We stopped in Dilijan and went to have lunch. When filling the tables by 1/3, we waited a long time for the waiters to come to us. We made an order , the expectation is average. The food is beautifully decorated. And that 's it. I've never eaten worse in my life. The soup that is supposedly with chicken, probably only stood next to the chicken ; another lentil soup ( I tried it from my husband ) not tasty. There is no pizza! At neighboring tables, customers left dishes without finishing . This is also an indicator. I do not recommend this place to visit.
I probably took the wrong dishes... there were five delicious dolma and gata. Beef in a pot with white sauce is tough and one bone, beef with red sauce is slightly tastier due to the sauce. The dog liked it.
There were two times. It can be said that it is very tasty, since all dishes are cooked in the oven (even compote and coffee), as well as the cafe has a special atmosphere. I recommend it! Try Arisa, dogwood compote, Caesar, unusual in serving. Be sure to take Gata and Brownie (dump the head)
Great restaurant! We were a group 2 times. It's very tasty, the portions are huge, the attitude is great, everything is clean. I will be in Dilijan, I will definitely come back to you. I recommend it to everyone!
The best restaurant in Dilijan. The founder of the restaurant dreams of developing the city. Very tasty trout from the oven. Dolma is like mom's from the movie Mimino! Our Arena waiter is the best in Armenia. You should definitely try the blueberry Gata. This is heaven on Earth. Coffee from the oven, you have to try and never forget this taste!
Excellent cuisine, there is a menu with pictures. The dishes are large and it's worth calculating how much you can handle. Also note that some of the menu is spicy, applies to both soups and hot ones. A cool salad with mushrooms, you won't regret it. But grilled vegetables are not grilled at all, but stew, it's a pity. And I would like to bake potatoes longer. Everything is delicious. I recommend you to visit.
Last year we were here, very tasty food. This year I was waiting for a meeting with Dilijan salad, very interesting!) On the first evening they didn't put us down because of the reserve of seats, although it was warm and free outside and we were ready to sit outside, the second time they came again, immediately said that we would not be long, eat quickly, they put us down, although the table was on reservation, I see they write about service here, just in Armenia in small towns, it's often like this, you just have to come up and say that you would like to sit down and yes, ask for a menu)) Russians didn't give us a menu with drinks yesterday, but the waiter in Russian guided us on drinks, today they gave us a new menu, as if they had done everything overnight, they liked everything, they also gave potatoes a little burnt on the edges to shish kebab, but these are the features of cooking in the oven, I believe, it doesn't affect the taste in any way. We recommend potted soups, shish kebab, spelt and Dilijan salad. The prices are acceptable, we hope to return next year
We booked a table for a group of friends and did not regret it. The main feature of the restaurant is meat dishes in polka dots with side dishes.
We ordered beef and lamb of two types. The meat is the most tender, it is clear that it was cooked for a long time. The portions are huge. In addition to two large pieces of meat, the portion includes a thick sauce to choose from and a side dish — potatoes, vegetables and others.
The feed is very fast. It can be seen that everything is ready in advance. In addition to meat in pots, we tried hot salad with cheese, cold caesar salad, brownies from the oven. Everything is fine!
The soup "Saved" is gorgeous, beyond praise, the rest of the dishes are a solid four. The staff, like everywhere else, is polite and friendly, everything is served in cast iron and pottery directly from the oven
On August 24, in the evening, I took harissa with lamb, ate a few spoons and I came across two sharp pieces of plastic (I hope there were only two). A chicken dish was brought to my young man, where there were more bones than chicken. I don't advise you to come here if you don't want to get an unpleasant surprise in the food…
One of the best places I've visited in Armenia! Everything is very tasty, from juicy kebabs and wonderful grilled vegetables to homemade lemonade and desserts. The service is a little slow, but the taste of the dishes covers everything! It is very pleasant to sit on the verandas
We came for brunch. The staff are like sleepy flies, we had to ask for the menu ourselves, the waiters do not know the volume of the kettle. Three items from what we ordered simply forgot to issue. The service is terrible. Of the two teapots of tea, only one was brought and cold, they asked to bring hot, the second time they brought not particularly hot tea either.
As a result, the plans for the day were disrupted from this lack of food intake due to the unfair attitude of the staff, the connivance of the management. We won't go there anymore and we won't advise anyone! They also asked us not to include 10% for the service in the bill, as is customary in Armenia, which we were refused, allegedly these 10% go not to the waiters, but to the kitchen staff. This is not our problem!
The rating of the place is 2 honest stars... The first is for the staff who work as waiters.. The second one is for the beautiful serving of dishes! The place is beautiful.. Well maintained.. But all the dishes are served burnt.. You could say that.. They burn everything that is necessary and not necessary.. Order #1 shock kharcho- the taste is good, the portion is small, there is no meat at all for some reason.. But it is served with corn tortilla and breadcrumbs))) order # 2 pork kebab-dry, hard, burnt.. Order # 3 with veal (tender) - a bone was boiled to the bone in a tomato.. Everything else was killed with a blender... The side dish of the kortofelt slices was burned! It is not justified, expensive and not tasty.. But clean toilets!! We focused on them.. Honor and praise?!))
The food was delicious and fast! They cook in pots - I liked everything) There are gazebos on the street. There are a lot of dogs around - feed them, please, friends! They are happy to eat porridge from pots :)
It's very tasty, it's cool to cook everything in the oven. The price tag is adequate.
The employees are a little sad, but this is not a complaint, but an experience.
An excellent restaurant with friendly staff (special thanks to the waiter Areg, a smiling and friendly guy), the atmosphere is wonderful, the portions are huge, hearty and very tasty. Everything was great, just a little hot. I recommend it!!
Very mediocre.
There are only leaves in the "summer" salad, tomatoes and cucumbers are disappearing, cheese is a teaspoon.
Mushroom soup is a primitive thick mushroom porridge. The crackers for the soup are just tasteless.
A large portion of hot food is good on a cold day, but this is not a restaurant level.
Herbs are spared in herbal tea, and I had to remind you about it twice.
The interior is pleasant, the view from the window is terrible.
Very loud music. The service is moderately fast, the staff forgets what they are going to do, even with a completely empty hall.
The waiter did not remember the order, as a result, one of the guests remained hungry. When we talked about it at the end, the waiter denied everything. We asked if there was a chance of a discount, as the situation was ugly. But there was no question of any discount, only + service fee. Customer focus is at zero. The dishes are not taken out all together, but one by one.
I don't recommend it to anyone. Disappointed.
The waiters forget the order, they constantly need to be reminded. One did not bring the order because "sorry, we did not write it down."the room is hot and stuffy, they asked to turn on the air conditioner, they also safely forgot, But they did not forget to take % for the service. I do not recommend this "restaurant"
Very tasty. Wine by the glass from the package, there is no draft beer. The sofas in the hall are very dirty. There is no one-time service , but 10% is already included in the bill.
It's super wow! Really! This is not a cafe, but a restaurant and the price tag is appropriate, but tear up the portions VERY MUCH, I repeat, I HIGHLY recommend taking beef with beans in a pot! It's something with something. The most delicious dish that I have eaten in Armenia (and Dilijan, respectively). And the whole table appreciated my dish! The recommendation is unambiguous!
I do not advise you to go there, it is very tasteless, I have not yet seen a place in Armenia where they cannot fry an ordinary barbecue, I saw burnt meat for the first time in Armenia. It is very expensive for such a kitchen.
The food is delicious, the service is unsatisfactory (the waiter did not understand Russian, could not navigate the menu). The waiting time is longer than stated, we forgot about dessert.
All the food was tasteless, all the dishes from the oven were burnt. I've been in Armenia for a year and this is the first place where I ate tasteless, plus it's very expensive🥲
