The worst service for Legal Entities. Legal Entities — run past KICB or this particular branch. Waiting from 1.5 hours even for the simplest questions. To change your documents, you will be asked to come and stand in line two more times)
При всем уважении к банку, клиентом которого являюсь, это самый проблемный и ужасный филиал – бесконечные очереди к банкоматам и в зале. В среднем, 25% времени один из 2-х банкоматов не работает, в половине случаев не выдает чеки. В зале очень часто из 4-х кассиров-операторов работают только 2. Если Вам некуда деть 2-3 часа своего времени, выпейте успокоительного и идите в этот филиал – "KICB-Запад" :).
