I went to another bank where I was served perfectly and without waiting in line.
I will kindly forgive the administration to look after their staff for the quality of their courteous service, especially people with children and the elderly.

The worst service for Legal Entities. Legal Entities — run past KICB or this particular branch. Waiting from 1.5 hours even for the simplest questions. To change your documents, you will be asked to come and stand in line two more times)
With all due respect to the bank, of which I am a client, this is the most problematic and terrible branch – endless queues at ATMs and in the hall. On average, 25% of the time one of the 2 ATMs does not work, in half of the cases it does not issue checks. Very often, only 2 of the 4 cashiers-operators work in the hall. If you have nowhere to put 2-3 hours of your time, drink a sedative and go to this branch – "KICB-West" :).
