The staff is very polite. They will always help. The location is convenient, and most importantly, there are no huge queues, because everyone works quickly and solves all customer problems before the crowd.
And the most important plus, from my own experience: at a time when no bank had a currency exchange system, the KDB bank changed the currency for me and at a very favorable price.

I came to the bank at the exchange office. There the cashier promptly served. But, then I had to wait about half an hour to pay for services. Of the five cashiers, only one accepted. The other four windows were occupied with other things. So the queue turned out to be, everything was moving very slowly.
It would be good if the cashiers worked quickly.
