We regularly ordered shawarma here until the last case. We took 4 shawarma for the company, indicated in the appendix that they should not be wrapped in foil and added additional ingredients. Upon arrival, they asked to split the payment, to which the seller (like Sonya) rolled her eyes and, with an extremely dissatisfied look, still divided the payment, thank you. When we returned home and began to sort out the orders, it turned out that a large bolt had been hammered into our request not to wrap it in foil. Okay, it happens. We begin to eat our order. Here it turns out that all the labels on the packages are mixed up, everyone did not have their own shawarma. It's not very pleasant, but we exchanged. Next, it turns out that the one we added (for money!) The salsa sauce turned out to be barbecue sauce. One royal was without bacon, mushrooms and sauce, the second, on the contrary, had mushrooms and bacon as in two, and the amount of sauce just fell apart. In general, more than 60 rubles per order were flushed down the toilet. Despite the fact that such shortcomings have been repeatedly pointed out before, this has already crossed the boundaries. As a result, Kebab Brothers lost 4 of its loyal customers.

I've never written reviews before, but today I couldn't stand it. 09/06/2024 purchased 3 shawarma "in Belarusian" order number 063 at 11.52. In one shawarma, the sauce was not even lying next to it, they just forgot to put it, it was very dry, dense and with small bones, in the other two there was very little sauce. The menu indicates that this shawarma contains pickled cucumber and pickled onion, but in fact none of the above was mentioned!!! 4 napkins were placed on 3 Shawarma!

A successful shawarma is every other time. A mountain of cabbage or pieces of cherished meat is a frequent lottery for fans of such food. The service is at a level that wishes good luck and strong nerves. Waiting for an order for exactly 2 hours and not being able to refuse the product is a vivid illustration of the contradiction of the legislation on consumer protection. I wish the dispatcher girl to take courses in professional ethics and spoken Russian, so that mumbling into the phone and a pitying voice are minimized in relation to customers.

Terrible shawarma!
We ordered two large ones with shrimps, waited 40 minutes, took away the warm ones, and the small ones, gave them the broken one in the middle, everything fell out, only one cabbage was visible. They came up with a question why it was so small, they couldn't explain anything clearly, even though they returned the money.

Hello, my wife and I came to your cafe in Novopolotsk that we ordered two shawarma at the bus station, one Mexican and cheese (by the way, my wife constantly takes it and it was always in cheese pita bread)... we made our order and the cheese shawarma was in ordinary pita bread, they said that the cheese pita was over, we were not even told about it we were warned, we would have chosen something else, well, we think okay, we will eat as we did, but men come here to order, and what we see them doing with cheese pita bread!!! How is that even possible??? Do they make only the chosen ones or what ??? Isn't it over??? Do we pay the same , but get everything differently in the end ?? Someone is fine, but someone will get away with it!!!!!

At first, everything was very bad and bad. The meat was bitter and tasted like liver, the filling was oversaturated with ketchup (not sauce), and I was thirsty after the shava. The situation with meat has not changed for several months, the owners on Instagram barely fought off negative comments. But then, apparently, the supplier changed, and the shawarma completely changed for the better!
There are never any problems with warming up here (unlike Don Kebab), there is always sauce, meat feels great, cabbage without too much. Carrots are added here, those who are squeamish need to be more careful.
There are no issues with the assortment here. I've tried everything here. I can even point out that you can take something according to your mood)
It's a little not so good that the institution is located at a remote distance from the city center, so I will hope that when expanding my network, the accommodation will be good.
At the same time, there are two disadvantages.
1. Burgers. Or rather, the signature sauce. When I first tried their products shortly after the new product was distributed, I was freaked out by the sauce.. Both greasy and with a taste of stewed bacon. I don't know how it is now, but then I immediately noticed for myself that I would not take burgers there. Although they are of good size and hearty.
2. The price is for the Standard one. The price tag is cheaper than in Don Kebab. But I would like the guys to keep the price tag for the Standard one as much as possible. There are people who want to taste delicious shawarma for cheap.
