My family and I have discovered a new kebabfactory, where you can eat delicious and inexpensive food. Kebabs are made from fresh ingredients, and most importantly, homemade sauces. I'm tired of these mayonnaise. Very clean, the most important thing is the staff. Pleasant and polite!The quality of the dishes is also excellent, everything is hot and delicious.Anyway, now I'm a fan of this cafe, I come in often and eat delicious food.

I've taken a kebab here twice
The first time they gave me the wrong kebab that I ordered, which is a big disadvantage, but sometimes you can let it get too heavy. The kebab was of average quality, so I thought then that I would take it if there was a long queue at the nearby Papa doner or if there was no other choice.
The second time I took Holland (a la the most praised). The taste was already worse than average. In addition, for some reason, cucumbers tasted like fish. I was extremely disappointed
The place is very average, not terrible, not good, just average.
I advise you to take it here if there are no alternatives.
I remembered the price, now I don't recommend taking it at all.

I took the kebab box Berlin. Very good. The potatoes are crispy, although I brought the box home. The meat is delicious and without any veins / skin/ and other filth. And most importantly, the sauce is rich, but not heavy at all. A fast food top. The format is especially convenient: I am not very comfortable eating shawarma (not the most careful person), so boxing is a great alternative without loss of quality and taste.

I took a Lebanese shawarma. It's just the worst thing I've tried in Minsk.
The first thing that immediately caught my eye was the size. It looks 2 times smaller in diameter than a standard 450g shawarma.
As if that wasn't enough, the first third of the shawarma was half-empty, and the first half consisted almost entirely of potatoes with sauce. I felt 3 pieces of meat for the shawarma. There is no sauce, there is not even a hint of sharpness.
It would seem that wrapping in pita is a good idea, I have tried such shawarma a lot and it was delicious. But even here they managed to ruin everything. It is fried to such an extent that it is several times harder than pita bread. Plus, it is wrapped in such a way that it is very difficult to open, compared to how it usually is. Plus, the paper at the bottom is so thin that it becomes part of the shawarma.
I strongly advise against it. I do not see not only the restaurant level, but also a hint of delicious shawarma. I do not believe that this could be an isolated case and it is so bad in everything

About shava, the chicken is delicious, but all together there is nothing, a lot of liquid sauce, after the first two bites this sauce begins to flow over the hands and face, it is impossible to eat the remaining liquid mass of paper and shava. Potatoes are unrealistically disgusting, I fucked up how it can be spoiled, I threw it out all 2 times (one was free, the second took it for money (( ), tosdatos, dry fried dough, also tasteless and it was not saved by a delicious chicken from the box.
As a result, out of 4 visits, only the doner box was normal, the rest is edible-disgusting.
Imho, instead of stories about the "cool" brand chef and hyped reviews, we would buy good shavas and repeat them with our sauces))

We accidentally made a choice in favor of this place and are now trying other doners..we always refer to the Kebab Factory standard. It has a very tasty, convenient shape, gorgeous sauces and, by the way, excellent fruit drinks and lemonades. Instagram is great - new products and promotions are immediately visible. I highly recommend it!

It's amazing how with all the variety of ingredients, sauces, this shawarma has absolutely no taste – it's absolutely bland. I tried everything on the menu, and all the items have the same trouble. Why not simply add a little more salt to the sauce, more seasonings to the chicken, it is not clear, it will forget the taste by an order of magnitude. Well, there is an inconvenient format for delivery – shawarma is put in a paper bag, sometimes it leaks, arrives barely warm.

I ordered a spicy shawarma (the sharpness is minimal, but this is a matter of taste for everyone).There is no shawarma. The sauce is liquid, after a couple of bites everything starts to flow, the wrapping paper sticks to the wet pita bread. The problem is to try to eat this piggy and not smear and pour sauce all around. 1/3 of the shawarma had to be thrown out, because everything at the bottom of the package turned into a sea of leaking pita bread and sauce. It remains a mystery where such a high rating comes from.

The waiting time was 25 minutes, but the order was given late. Because we were in a hurry, I tried the shawarma in the car and immediately felt a disgusting taste and I almost threw up. It turned out that the chicken is spoiled, half-baked, stinks of dead meat wrapped in a rag, which has been washing dishes for 5 years! Be vigilant, I wish that none of the customers get poisoned.

I made an order here 3 times, and all 3 times I was given the wrong doner…Every time I bought a France doner (which is with pineapple). The first 2 times I was given a regular Syrian instead, but today, when I ordered delivery via Yandex, I was given a generally spicy kebab with potatoes and jalapeno, which I HATE! How can you do that?
But that's not all:
I ordered 2 separate sauces for potatoes - both are kind of greasy and very liquid (especially cheesy, it just flows like water). They taste disgusting too, I tried them once and threw them away.
Snack "Potato 4 cheeses" - there are no 4 cheeses there, as indicated in the composition and in the picture. They put ordinary liquid sauces in there, which have little in common with cheese.
The second kebab was brought correctly (thanks for that), the taste is generally normal, but there is a lot of pita bread, which in itself is quite thick.
We put a decent amount of napkins + 2 wet ones in the package. Respect for that. But everything else is questionable.…

There is so much sauce that nothing else is felt, there is simply no taste of meat, and meat is perhaps the most important thing in shawarma. And there is very little meat with the declared 430 grams. I won't agree. Also, due to the fact that everything is filled with sauce, the pita bread gets very wet very quickly. The best shawarma in Minsk! Firstly, they use pita bread, not fragile pita bread - we get the perfect texture of the top. Very juicy chicken. Great sauces. As for me, it is the most balanced shawarma in Minsk and definitely my TOP1. The most delicious in my opinion is Tom Yam. Subtle notes of lemongrass set off the chicken. I recommend it!

Watching them work, I noticed that their sauce was dripping from their gloves. We took two different kebabs: American and Tom yam. In American, according to the description, there is jalapeno pepper, including hot sauce.
After waiting for the order for more than 20 minutes, we received 2 blandly tasteless kebabs. The complete absence of jalapeno in the American version (which goes as a deception of the client, because it is included in the composition and you pay for it) and the usual white sauce in tom yam kebab.
I do not recommend it.
