Cool new apartment building with great views from windows and balconies. It's very convenient. But unfortunately it cointains only one grocery market and nothing else. I felt lack of restaurants and coffee shops there

The most comfortable apartment in Tsakhkadzor! The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The place is quiet and peaceful. Thanks to the hostess Marina for our great vacation. We are always in touch with any questions. All issues were resolved promptly

Overall, it's not a bad place. One big problem is that there are a lot of abandoned dogs walking in packs. In addition, the dogs abandoned in the pens, the owners practically do not appear at all. As a result, everyone starts barking in unison, day or night. No one cares that state officials, the police, that the owners of this complex and local people somehow treat such a number of dogs strangely. In general, this problem is all over Armenia. Abandoned dogs took the place of a man.

A modern, comfortable apartment hotel with a small parking lot nearby. There are no cafes inside or in the immediate vicinity. A shop with everything you need on the ground floor. The lower cable car station is about 3km away. Without a car, skiers can only take a taxi.

We have been renting apartments in this house for a long time. Despite the fact that the walls are both solid and with good audibility, everything was fine with us. Location, nature, view from the window. But recently, in front of the entrances to Kechi House, someone decided to build an aviary and put a puppy there, which has not been comfortable and peaceful for a week. The poor puppy screams terribly until nightfall, it is impossible to open the windows.
Even if you come here daily, keep this in mind. There is an alabai dog in front of the house, which barks, but occasionally a small puppy crying very loudly.

Lived here for a month. The audibility of someone walking in the next apartment is 1000%. I paid 250,000 AMD + about 70-80 thousand for utility bills and maintenance. The constant barking of the dog, the screams of the neighbors. The store is at the bottom of the 2nd price list.

A very noisy place where it is impossible to sleep. Firstly, the walls are made of paper, and if you are "lucky" and you will have neighbors on the right, left, top and bottom, then get ready.... For example, when the neighbors from above move the chairs in the kitchen, we can hear it all from below!! Secondly, there is a constant dog howling outside the window. I went to complain, the answer is the same: "if you don't like it, leave." My child and I were forced to give up everything (no one returned the deposit) and leave, because my daughter cried at night from the howling of a dog.
