A relatively new sanatorium! The rooms are normal, clean and tidy. The procedures are also normal. The staff is normal, responsive! The doctor is good. Leisure activities include billiards, tennis. Sauna, hammam, swimming pool are also normal.

Terrible!!!
Unsanitary conditions. They do not process equipment, there are no consumables, basic disposable sheets. The baths are not working. The pool is icy, it is impossible to swim.
There are queues for procedures, it happens that you do not get to the procedure while you were standing in line because the working day is over.
Drinking water is divided into 3 taps and the temperature is written on them 24, 36 and 42. But the water temperature in them is the same.
You have to go to these taps with your glasses because there are always dirty ones nearby. There is a three-course meal in the dining room. The dishes are dirty, nauseating.
The rooms have hot floors that it is impossible to walk without shoes.
The staff is not trained, there is no proper attention to visitors. They can close the doors in front of their noses. They don't know anything about the procedures provided. I can't explain how this or that procedure is useful. The administration does not take part in complaints. He spreads his hands.
I have very unpleasant memories. It was not a rest, but on the contrary. Neuroalgia has worsened.

The sanatorium is generally normal, but there is something to work with:
1) the diet is poor in terms of fruits and vegetables and greens. They give one fruit per day and very small portions of salads with fresh vegetables.
2) there are no room cleaning checklists, the cleaning schedule is rather not followed.
3) the sauna is open only once a week, you need at least 2 times a week.
4) the parking lot is small, who managed to sit down
5) I do not accept payment from card terminals, they require cash or a Caspi transfer is thrown off.
6) in the treatment rooms, it is not clear how disinfection and quartz treatment takes place, there are no cleaning regulations in the procedural ones. For example, several dozen people can lie on one pillow a day.
I ask the owner to work out these recommendations!
