A great family hotel, in a clean, peaceful place. Nearby there are shops, a minibus stop, a pebble beach in two or three minutes walk. Meals and breakfasts:porridge, omelets, pastries are included in the accommodation.An excursion program for every taste, mountains, canyons, waterfalls, thermal springs, an Abkhazian feast with a concert program. Wine and watches of our own production. You can sit in the evening with a glass of wine and meat or fish cooked on the territory on the grill. I recommend it!!!

We had a rest in September 2024.
I subscribe to all the positive reviews about this hotel. Very cozy atmosphere, clean rooms, located 50 meters from the sea, there are shops and cafes nearby. The most important thing is the wonderful hosts, very attentive and friendly people. I have vacationed in Abkhazia in different places, but this hotel is the best. This is the second time we've been here. The owners themselves take you on excursions in comfortable cars, it's always interesting and fun. There are tables on the territory where you can sit with the company in the evening, drink homemade wine, meet new people.
I highly recommend it!

The impression left by this place is not unambiguous. Everything seems to be fine , there are breakfasts and the sea nearby , but there are more disadvantages . 1. We were placed on the first floor, because we and the child are a plus for us, but later we regretted it. We had half the windows constantly doing something , buzzing , knocking . It smelled like cigarettes from the garage , which is right behind the wall . There was also a reception nearby and children were playing on the floor next to it , running , shouting , and it was lunch time , our child is sleeping at this time .
2 . Very poor breakfasts . It's from 8 to 10, but keep in mind, if you come at 9:30-9:40, you may only have one pancake and iced tea waiting for you (sausage, cheese and bread were always there).
3. Upon check-in, we were not warned about the rules and when we came to the hotel after 12 at night, the door was closed, it's good that there is a hostess's room and they opened it for us. After that, the issue was resolved, and the door was not closed at night.
4. If you are traveling with a child and you have an embarrassment with diapers at night, be ready to fork out, but you will find out that the laundry procedure is paid after eviction.
We were charged 1,800 for a ruined sheet and laundry . (have you ever seen dirty laundry changed and washed for money abroad?)
This is our opinion, we came purely for a friend's wedding and it turned out to be the only place nearby where they give a cot .
We kept the room for another three hours , they didn 't charge us for that , thank you !
There is a cafe nearby 0 , I had to walk along the embankment to eat .

We had a rest in early August 2024. A great option for a quiet family vacation. A cozy, comfortable hotel, close (3 minutes walk) to a clean beach and the sea. Charming, very friendly hosts: they will tell you everything, show you, meet you from the airport or railway station, and deliver you comfortably. Friendly staff: room cleaning every day and the lobby is always in order; a very tasty variety of breakfasts. Our Vacation was a success, thank you!

We had a family vacation in August 2024. In general, I liked everything very much. The hotel is well renovated, cozy rooms (fully match the photo), air conditioning is in good working order, new mattresses with good linens. There is a fridge and a kettle. Each guest has a set of towels + beach towels. The only thing is that they have never been changed in 8 days, but probably they should have asked for it themselves, because in August the hotel is fully loaded.
The breakfasts are simple, but tasty and hearty.
The owners of the hotel are very nice people. They are polite , correct and responsive. With their help, we visited excursions, transfers in both directions.
Clean sea within walking distance, a sparsely populated pebble beach.
We didn't regret for a minute that we chose this place!

We had a rest with the company from 07/22/2024 to 08/01/2024, occupied 3 rooms, liked everything very much, the sea is close, delicious breakfasts, very good-natured and responsive hosts, they will tell you everything, tell you, went on excursions from the hotel. Dignities
The hotel is located next to the sea, 50 meters and here is the shore. Excellent staff and superiors. The rooms are clean and comfortable, well renovated. Cleaning is active every three days, but every day they take out the garbage. Delicious breakfasts, there is something to choose from. Interesting goods on sale, books for rent. Excellent excursions and comfort in the car on the tour. A very interesting program on the excursions themselves, in difficult situations they always go to a meeting. They will tell you and explain what and where.You can take a cheap umbrella for the whole day.
Disadvantages: on our vacation in August 2023, the lights were often turned off, there was a problem with the TV signal, the antenna malfunctioned. Lunch and dinner cannot be ordered additionally.
The rest at the hotel was well remembered, we had a great time as a family of three, learned a lot and visited a lot of places. We tried extreme sports, had delicious meals on excursions. We were also lucky, there were few people in Gudauta during this period. But at the end of the vacation, the people increased.
We will be happy to return!

Advantages: excellent location- near a bus stop, a good modern supermarket. Delicious restaurant "Balcony" with local cuisine in the area, walked. Umbrellas are in sufficient quantity in the lobby, they were given free of charge in the rain. Also in the low season in March, we were given a room with a balcony, although it was paid without a balcony.
Disadvantages: in March 2023, the hotel and the territory are in disarray: ironing boards, car seats are in the lobby, children's toys are scattered in the yard. For 3 days of living, garbage was taken out only in the evening of the third day, for 3 days the bucket was full, there was nowhere to put it, horror. Soap supplies were not reported daily. The breakfasts are very meager, there is not even a piece of cheese or sausage. First day: oatmeal porridge + bread and butter, semi-finished pancakes, tea. The second day, two cheesecakes with sour cream and jam, bread and butter, tea. On the third day, 2 pieces of pancakes with meat from semi-finished products, egg, cookies, tea.
The breakfast itself is very late, we wanted it at 8 a.m., the owner bargained for 8:30, although he initially offered it at 9.
If these nuances do not spoil your mood, well done)

Excursions are often organized, for only 7 people. Convenient, comfortable. Elena tells a lot of interesting facts from the history of Abkhazia. We had a family vacation in September 2023, we really liked everything!
The hotel is located 3 minutes from the sea, the beach is large (pebble). The rooms are clean and spacious. The furniture is modern, the mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. Towels were changed every day. Cozy atmosphere. Breakfast in the fresh air under a canopy, very tasty. Thanks to chef Irina!
For dinner there is a barbecue on the territory, we used)))

Stayed with my husband from 24.11 to 27.11 2023. I liked everything very much. The hosts are very friendly people, they cooked hearty and delicious breakfasts in the morning. They took me on an excursion and very interesting all told. The hotel is located in a convenient location, 2 minutes to the sea. The room and linen are clean, fresh. The room has all the amenities. The hotel is average. The location is good. Rooms with decent furniture and renovation. Breakfast is good, but not always hot (fried eggs are cold). But that's probably all the advantages. Cleaning in the room must be requested, the garbage from the room may forget to take out. You can buy water, beer, and juices at the reception. Even doshik))
There are guided tours from the hotel. Definitely, I recommend it! You can't compare what you buy on the beach!
There is a transfer from the hotel. We took it, we liked it.
The only thing I do not advise is to take the first floor. It's a little noisy.

Nice family hotel. But there are some disadvantages. I was on vacation with my wife, at the end of August, we took the option with breakfast. You can't take lunches and dinners from them.
Minuses:
- There is a small clothes dryer in the room without a balcony. Swimsuits dry for a day, and very little fits.
- There is no curtain on the side window, the lantern shone directly in the face. I had to block it with a dryer.
- I didn't find any more significant disadvantages.
Positive:
I will include the obvious things in one point.
- There is air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle. Clean rooms, frequent cleaning. A normal mattress, nice linen.
- The breakfasts are delicious. No frills, but they cook delicious pancakes or cheesecakes themselves. Porridge, hot sandwiches. Slicing.
- The owners themselves organize excursions. It is much more pleasant and interesting than excursions from the bureau. At a reasonable price. And in pleasant company.
- The hotel sells homemade wine and chacha produced by them.
- The store is right around the corner. There are two places nearby where you can have a delicious meal. The Sukhum cafe and the Uyut dining room. It's delicious in the comfort.
- 5 minutes to the sea. Literally across the street. The sea can be seen and heard from the window.
"Civilization is not far away. 10 minutes across the river restaurants, park, administration, etc.

Everything is fine, a quiet cozy place, within walking distance, a minimarket where you can pay with a card, cafes and most importantly the sea! The hotel itself was pleased with the cleanliness and responsive staff. It is also a plus that you can sign up for excursions at the hotel itself.

If you go to Abkhazia, then only to Gudauta (a quiet village, convenient location, the middle of Abkhazia) and I advise you to stay at the Keleshbey hotel!!!....although it took a long time to choose. The hotel is better in person than in the photos on various websites.5min walk to the sea. You can take an umbrella with you at the hotel. Beach towels are at the reception, you take them and change them every 3 days. The rooms are spacious, everything is clean, the furniture is fresh. There is a TV with all channels, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, a kettle, and air conditioning in the room. The rooms are cleaned every day, towels were changed every 3 days. Although there were many vacationers in the hotel, it was quiet and peaceful, there was no drunkenness or music. There were also guests with children....The sound insulation is excellent!!! The hotel is family-run.
The owners, Elena, Irina, friendly Russian people, will tell you everything, where to buy what, where to go and go. We arrived at 9:30...we were settled in and fed breakfast), which is very encouraging. They organize excursions themselves in a 7-seater comfortable minivan. We went to the Rizza. The tour was extensive, we visited many places, including Stalin's dacha, rode a boat along the Rizza. There is no benefit at all from excursions on large buses.

A confident three.
The hotel is clean, not killed. The room has a hairdryer, towels, 3 beds, a kettle, a corkscrew, mugs and a refrigerator. You can't smoke, which is good.
The owners of the hotel are quite obsessively promoting their tour services. It is rare to meet anyone at the reception.
Breakfast: pancakes or scrambled eggs or boiled eggs (all cold), tea, coffee (rasterized), cheese sausage roll cookies. Sometimes there was cottage cheese.
There is a shop next to the hotel. The nearest cafe is in the next house. The most popular one is a 5-7-minute walk away, and the embankment begins there.
Our breakfast started at 9 a.m., most likely later in the summer. But I am very grateful that on the day of departure we were fed at 8 am.

The staff is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, there is air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, bath and toilet in the room. The room has clean bed linen and towels, which is not unimportant. Linen and towels are changed every three days. The breakfasts are great, varied and hearty. The hotel is nice, new, cleaning every day, there is cold and hot water, there is even a hair dryer, the lights are turned off every day for a couple of hours. The breakfast is hearty. The sea is close, but due to the fact that the construction site has to be bypassed everywhere. There is no sea view from the balcony, because there is a huge new hotel in front of the hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND taking excursions at the hotel is very expensive and there is no specific day. It is better to take it on the street. They explain everything clearly there. I recommend the cafe COMFORT is very tasty and not expensive.

We had a rest at the end of August. A small hotel, a closed area - you can leave your child to play in the yard. Within a three-minute walk: the sea, the Sukhum cafe, two small shops.
A 10-minute walk to the park, half an hour to the market.
Delicious, homemade, hearty breakfast.
Excursions can be taken from the hotel. There is a slight disadvantage - they appointed different times (the same excursion on the same day). As a result, some are already sitting in the courtyard and waiting, while others have not even started to gather. This needs to be fixed)
The rooms are small and tastefully decorated. In any case, the windows will overlook the neighboring house or yard. This is not a disadvantage of the hotel, this is a feature of the entire "Russian Black Sea coast" - dense development of the private sector. Nothing can be done about it, just humbly accept the inevitability)))
The light was turned off twice in 10 days, for 10 minutes, no longer. Cozy, clean, all furniture and plumbing "as new", comfortable beds, thoughtful arrangement of everything, even sockets! You can see what has been done with your soul and mind.

For your money, not a bad cozy, not a big family hotel, 5 minutes from the sea, hospitable hosts, clean rooms, the rooms are cleaned well, the rooms have a refrigerator, kettle, mugs, additional necessary utensils can also be taken in the barbecue area at any time, there is breakfast in the morning. There are grocery, hardware and souvenir shops, cafes within a 5-minute walk. At the hotel you can buy water, beer, wine, chacha, souvenirs at the reception.
From a small minus, good audibility in the rooms, but not critical.
Wishes, to diversify breakfasts, meat cuts, more vegetables, drinks, different juices, coffee, I think even increasing the cost many will agree, can make a cafe, where, among other things, to offer lunches and dinners. In general, I recommend this hotel.

We rested in this hotel with a company in November , booked a room for four, no one met us on arrival, we stood waiting at the gate until the owner came. The room itself was very cold and damp, towels had not been changed once in four days, bed linen also left much to be desired, yellowed sheets, a battered duvet cover and an orphan pillow. Apparently, in our absence, they turn off the heating, because upon returning to the room, it was cold and damp. Towels did not have time to dry for the whole day, with the mustache of the fact that there is a heated towel rail in the bathroom. The breakfasts that are included in the price are very late, on the first day we managed to arrange only for 8:30, but after their breakfast we had to take pills, because our stomach ached, for breakfast we had an omelet without milk, porridge on water, the cheapest coffee, and everything was cold, including water for coffee/tea. Coffee from the coffee machine was paid, 100rubles per cup, but they did not try it, as well as having breakfast there. They offered excursions and transfers for fabulous money. In general, it seemed that we really prevented the owners from resting there. I do not recommend this hotel.

Quietly, calmly. The breakfasts are wonderful and varied. The rooms are cozy with balconies.
A large Galician beach, the sea is clean.
You can have lunch at the Sukhum cafe - they cook very tasty and bring food quickly. Cafe Finik is on the seashore, quite decent food.

Of all the choices, perhaps the best accommodation option in Gudauta. There are some nuances, but they need to be taken into account before choosing this hotel:
1. This is not a guest house, there is no kitchen, and that's great.
2. The hotel is almost on the edge of Gudauta, i.e. you will need to stomp to the main tourist places, on the other hand there are fewer sellers and tents with vouchers, there are fewer people on the beach.
3. The roads around the hotel are not intended for walking, however, this can be said in general about Abkhazia.
4. Power outage - again about Abkhazia, here you may be lucky, or you may not be lucky. You can stomp in a cafe, and there they will tell you that there is no electricity, so they can't cook anything.
From the wishes:
1. In our case, the hotel had only breakfast, I would really like to have the opportunity to have lunch and sometimes dinner.
2. Well, the hotel is positioned as a family, while breakfast is from 9 a.m., of course I would like to start from 7-7:30 at least, because with small children by this time everything is already on its feet.
We stayed in September for 8 nights, mostly a leisurely vacation with a book and trips to the beach - I never regretted it. The hotel is definitely worth the money.

You can buy water, beer, juice at the reception desk, and rent an umbrella. There are cafes and shops nearby. The beach is just a stone's throw away. For a vacation in Abkhazia, it's great!

Good afternoon. We had a rest in August 2023. The hotel is dirty, in all the days that we rested, they never cleaned it. The stairs are dirty, there are mattresses on the floors, a vacuum cleaner. In five days, they never changed the towel, the garbage in the room was cleaned every other time. Economy breakfast, cheese, sausage very thinly and finely chopped. A coffee machine is available for a fee.
Of the advantages, there is a beach nearby and a store with adequate prices, but the assortment may end quickly.
