I want to share this case with you. I am buying a Pedrollo 2CP 32/200V 230/400 V pump for the organization. We paid not a lot , not a little , but 579,600 tenge . I come to pick it up, they say wait, I'm waiting, they're looking for something, then they say it's the last one we'll take off the window now. Okay , I think it means they 're taking it apart for the last time , lucky me . They bring it , I bring the box to the car to the enterprise . We install it , everything is as it should be . We are launching and checking the operation . It works gently , not at full strength , and holds the pressure you need at 5bar . Well, I think the new one will work for a long time , and it 's not too stressful , it 's super . The next morning I come to check, the pump has leaked from the oil seal . I think damn what's wrong, I haven't even worked for a day in fact. I call them and they say bring them and let's see . I brought it to the service center, they accepted it, said we would call. The next day or the day after, they call and say this is not a warranty case, you will have to pay for repairs . I ask why , they say you have sand in your pipes . I say that we have ordinary tap water , besides there is a filter , a water meter , then a mud tank , what kind of sand . And besides, the pump didn't work for even a day as it ran, it was just purchased. The exact same pump stands nearby and hammers for days without turning off or breaking . I had to connect the sales department, they say, they just bought it for repair. Bottom line, apparently they were arguing about something between the sales department and the service center, then they write your pump is ready, repaired under warranty, you can pick it up. I was glad , I think they replaced the dried oil seal with a new one , you can put it on and forget for a long time . But the joy was not long , only the inlet and outlet pipes were hooked up , as water dripped from under the stuffing box again , a new or not a new question was raised . I didn't even connect the power to it. I sent the video on WhatsApp to the service center , they are silent . I sent it to the sales manager , I 'll tell them well , the manager said . And that 's it . I chat in the store's chat room, and they generally tell me the service center has lunch from 12 to 14 . It 's not a bad lunch at the repairmen 's . And our organization must have lunch without water . At least they 'd tell me what 's wrong , take him back to them , or let him work that way . In short , I want to say that the company is working very poorly , maybe they used to work better , but something happened there and that 's how it became . I would not recommend this store, much less the Kelet SERVICE CENTER, as there are plenty of other repair shops in the city, as well as shops selling the same equipment. Terrible attitude to work!!!!
