Good evening. I ordered the extermination of bedbugs from this service. We agreed on the time. We examined all possible habitats together and found nothing, but because I definitely found one individual and knew who was biting me, I left a "professional" of my business to process two types of fog. After 12 hours, we returned home. On examination, I found one still alive bug. This alerted me, and for good reason. On the third day, they started pestering us again. I called and was assured that it was normal for 14 days. Although the man assured that no one would be left alive except for flowers. And I was also confused by the fact that the found individuals only need to be flushed into the sewer. In general, no one has disappeared from our country. Unlike others, this company does not give guarantees, and re-processing is necessary. They just forgot to say it right away, as well as the fact that it is also paid.
My personal advice to anyone who is faced with such a problem is not to contact this office, because something is not as it should be. Either the chemistry is questionable, or the work is negligent. After studying the market, I found both guarantees and two-time processing for this cost. Search and choose the best for you.

They ordered the baiting of cockroaches, which appeared in the fifth year of living in the apartment. You can't tell from the neighbors or the garbage chute, but for several months they tried to poison them with aerosols and gels. It didn't help, we decided to turn to professionals, chose this office. They carried out the processing, there are no questions, several cockroaches were indeed found dead the next day. But the reason why they turned to this particular office (they can not be called a company) is that they promise a guarantee, which, however, is not prescribed anywhere. After the disinfection, the cockroaches really disappeared, we did not see them for a week or two. Then they steadily began to climb out 1-2 times a week, despite boron balls and Masha's chalk on all risers and holes in the apartment. To summarize: by contacting here, specify and prescribe what the company's warranty covers. When we applied for a guarantee, we were politely sent, it is also not spelled out in the contract. We are fighting with red-haired neighbors again, but we will not throw out another 100 rubles here, the company's guarantees have been tested in practice.
