We had a rest in Kemer, in Beldibi from 07/15/2024 to 07/22/2024 at the Selcukhan hotel. In addition to the sea, the hotel, we really like to travel. They did not take excursions from the hotel guide, they decided to monitor prices from other travel agencies. We stopped at KEMERTOUR. There are great guys working there: Roman and Boris. After a pleasant conversation, we were interested in extreme excursions. This is the fourth time in Turkey, we always took quiet, calm excursions. This time we chose new ones for us: rafting + canyon Tazy, jeep safari (sunset). Great excursions. We got a lot of emotions and impressions. Many thanks to Roman and Boris for their help in choosing and organizing tours. The vacation was a success: the sea, amazing trips!!! We took an excursion from Kemer to Istanbul.for two (wife and daughter)440dol.We reserved it in advance for June 9th.The description indicated that sightseeing and a walk along the Bosphorus were included.I liked the tour (it was postponed to June 8th)in addition, upon arrival in Istanbul, it turned out that neither the Bosphorus nor an inspection inside mosques and palaces were included in the price.They demanded to pay 190 dollars extra.I can't present anything to the company.t.k. information about the changes appeared on the website a few days before the tour, but I did not promote it.there was an inscription "outside" in front of all the attractions and information that a walk along the Bosphorus is not included.if I had known about this office in advance, I would have ordered a guided tour.let it be more expensive initially, but you wouldn't have to look for extra money on the spot.so think before contacting them.

I do not recommend it! We stood for an hour and a half in the bright sun at the melon market, but they never took us away! The day of the vacation was ruined! When we went to figure out in the evening why this happened, we were brazenly told that you were not there, an aversive attitude towards customers! Learn to admit your mistakes, you didn't even apologize (Their driver just picked up other guys who were supposed to go rafting from another agency at all, and took them on our boat tour. The whole Akasia hotel saw us standing there all morning, the driver of the other agency even has a photo of us standing there. Because he came to take the guys on a rafting trip, and there was no one else there. And the staff of Kemer tour look at the photos and say - you were not there! We understand that anything happens, drivers in almost all agencies do not speak English or Russian, but lying brazenly is just nonsense.We went 50 meters further and bought the same tour in Hero tour, the same money, everything went fine. If you want to be made fools of and blatantly lied to, then contact Kemer tour! And I recommend it to no one!

Very sincere people work there. During the vacation, their point became our second home! Not even on tourist issues, but on everything - where to go, from whom to buy, where it is better to swim and where it is better to go. They are very kind and helpful.

I wanted an extreme, my daughter and I got it on this tour. We bought a Combo tour. I liked everything very much. Only now they regretted that they did not go rafting on the river by kayak. I love rafting. Going down a mountain river, swimming in it, is just GREAT. MANY THANKS TO THE GUYS FOR THE PROPOSED TOUR. But the tour didn't end there. All the interesting things were ahead. Jeep safari with breathtaking nature that will fascinate with the singing of birds. The canyon with its height. God, I was scared, but at the same time I was interested. That was extreme. The guys in the office and on the tour are friendly. We walked all over Beldibi 1, here are the cheapest excursions. Buy without hesitation. They treat their work responsibly. Good organization of excursions. Well done guys! Keep it up !

With the Kemer Tour company, I went on only 7 excursions + hammam during my stay in Turkey in the village of Beldibi (Kemer region) from July 26 to August 12, 2022. If you walk from the Club Hotel Belpinar, you need to turn right and walk 100 meters to the company's office. We can mention the polite and responsive staff (I collaborated with Ansar), fast service, good information about upcoming trips, about necessary things with you. The arrival time of the transport was quite accurate, there was not much to wait for. The guides are competent with an interesting presentation of information. The drivers are friendly. I ordered trips to Istanbul, Pamukkale, Cappadocia, Goynyuk Canyon + Phaselis city, Antalya sightseeing, Demre Mira Kekova, as well as to Olympos + Mount Chimera). And after that, I got the hammam as a gift from the company. Such a company can be trusted, besides, the prices turned out to be very pleasant and affordable compared to other offers. I took 2 rounds: combo and Chimera. Everyone is smiling and very kind when booking a tour. But then the service is in Turkish. These guys only resell the tours of other organizers. And they do not bear any responsibility, just like the organizers (did we tell you that). Therefore, you need to prepare for surprises: you will be given 40 minutes instead of 1.5 hours to the point of the tour for which you were traveling, because your fellow travelers from another hotel were late, and you went after them. The journey turned from 40 minutes into 2 hours. And according to Turkish logic: no one is to blame and no one is responsible. There will be no jeeps in the combo tour and it will end not at 17.00, but at 21.00, because there will be a huge bus and everything will be very long. And it turns out that the office of Ali mentioned in one of the reviews always does not drive jeeps and always arrives late. And again, no one is to blame :) Ali did not tell you anything else, and Roman does not know in a year what time they arrive and who drives them :) Otherwise, everything is OK. They will show what they promised, they will not offend, they will smile and give discounts :) It's just that you will either be lucky with the organizer of the trip, or you will have crumpled impressions like mine. You have to be prepared for this.
