What I liked: Polite and unobtrusive staff, spacious rooms, sea views from the rooms, high level of service, champagne and red fish for breakfast (the most for aristocrats), dinner by the sea, during dinner - an elegant dance of an oriental beauty of Slavic appearance, lack of music on the beach (silence is the most valuable thing on vacation )
What I didn't like: A small swimming area; immediately behind the bathing area, locals constantly barrage back and forth, sailing on boats and listening to loud Jordanian music; tides when the sea gets knee-deep in the bathing area; cooking for dinner leaves much to be desired (I never thought that fried red fish could to be so tasteless )
We went to Aqaba for 2 years in a row and stayed at this hotel -it's great. The staff is very attentive, the rooms are excellent, large balconies, bathrooms, cleaning without complaints. The kitchen is great! But! It is a shame for our compatriots who allow themselves to "steal" fruits in bags at breakfast in a hotel of this class, pour nuts into pre-prepared bags in front of the still amazed staff.
The hotel is not big, but very cozy. There is a swimming pool for children, for adults (cold water), a Jacuzzi. Suitable for a QUIET holiday. The staff is polite, helpful, friendly! Towels will be brought to you on the beach and spread out on the sun loungers, cold bottled water will be brought regularly. The room! Very spacious, cozy, beautiful. A large balcony with armchairs and a table. There is a kettle in the room. Stocks of tea and coffee are replenished every day. Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels daily, free drinks in the fridge. There is an abundance of delicious food for breakfast and lunch. Water is brought to the room. It's a little boring on the beach, music would be nice. The mood lifts with her!!!!
We lived in three hotels in Aqaba. We strongly advise you to stay in this place. Minus one - .there is no spa area in the building. Otherwise, there are only advantages. The area with a beach and swimming pools is especially captivating
Overall, I liked the hotel. Not a bad meal, although in 10 days I managed to get a little bored. Only part of the side dishes are changed. Its own beach, friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, clean, great views of the bay, the ships are not far from the hotel. For me, this is a plus, romance;) There is a small gym with treadmills. One of the significant disadvantages is that the hotel prohibits bringing food and drinks from the city. I accidentally came across this on the third or fourth day of my stay. They always took wine or beer with them in the evening, calmly carried it in backpacks among other things, did not hide it and did not even know that it was forbidden. At the entrance to the hotel, you must go through an inspection. And so one evening there were no other big things in the backpack except alcohol. There was an unpleasant explanation with the manager, some kind of receipt that, as an exception, I can bring 1 bottle of wine and 1 bottle of beer (this is for a company of three adults), and give the rest to them for safekeeping. An unpleasant feeling remained.
We stayed at this hotel in early November. The hotel is small and cozy. We arrived at the hotel around 12, we couldn't check in right away, we went to lunch. Anastasia, the receptionist, accelerated the check-in process - a hospitable, responsive, customer-oriented, beautiful girl. She always found solutions to our requests. The restaurant staff are mostly Filipinas, they are always happy to help, for example, we asked them to cook us spaghetti, they were not on the Swedish line, they brought))) Live music is played in the evening. If you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle and recharge with positive energy in a comfortable environment, then you are here!))
We had a rest at the end of October 2019. A wonderful hotel. Good service, delicious and varied cuisine. The most awesome beach. Special thanks to Anastasia. Nice girl, friendly. She told me a lot of interesting things about Jordan.
We were at the New Year holidays. Overall, the hotel is not bad, the food and service are at a good level, I can recommend it. But, I put a minus, since the pool was closed for repairs, which the hotel did not warn in advance, although we clarified before the trip, a working pool was important for us, since the Red Sea is cold for swimming in the winter season. Also, from morning to evening, the hotel is being renovated all the time, it is very noisy and uncomfortable in this regard.
A good hotel, the standard of the network is maintained, but it is not a family hotel. Three huge conference rooms and more than one children's/sports ground.9/10
Great hotel! All rooms have sea views, a great restaurant with a veranda (overlooking the pools and the sea). Pleasant service, room cleaning, bedtime preparation. The beach is white bulk sand! 10 minutes walk to shopping malls and restaurants in the city.
Neighboring hotels are more expensive, but they lose out in location or in the form of rooms.
Great hotel! According to the all-inclusive program, brut is poured for breakfast! After breakfast, my wife and I went to the beach, we see three military men with walkie-talkies installing a large speaker, from which Arabic music sounded first, and then our native marches, as in a parade! 4 planes appeared in the air and began to perform aerobatics! It was respect from the King of Jordan, because he is the commander-in-chief of the Air Force. And everything else is great, only the local vodka, which is given as a compliment from the hotel, is sweet, it is disgusting to drink it.
I really liked the hotel. Polite reception, everything is clean, cleaning 2 times a day. I especially liked the private beach, not many hotels in Aqaba have it.

In my opinion, the perfect five: a huge room with a highlight - a transparent wall between the bathroom and the bedroom (curtains, of course, can be lowered), perfect linen and mattress, a large balcony from which you can see the bay and Eilat. Of the "but" only the size of the beach - do not expect Turkish animation and greenery - this is a beach with sand and privacy.
A high-level hotel with interesting architecture, a small territory and a good beach. The main advantages:all rooms have sea views, fast Wi-Fi, restaurant with a viewing platform, brut for breakfast and proximity to downtown
A charming hotel. It is pleasant to stay and live in it. It is not a large area, but the location of the hotel is in Gorda and leaving the hotel you will find yourself in the center of Aqaba. The staff is friendly and loves their guests.I recommend.
I liked everything about the hotel! All rooms have a sea view, cozy, clean and with everything you need for relaxation. Good wi -fi, friendly staff, delicious , varied food.
Kempinski is on the level, but comparing with Belek, there are moments: all services immediately ask for a settlement with them, and it is difficult to achieve a general recalculation with the hotel on the checkout. Slow serving of dishes at lunch. Otherwise, everything is fine, including service on the beach and in the rooms.

For lovers of water treatments in January, I am writing a review. Since I didn't really find anything myself before leaving.
Weather: 20 -23 degrees every day. Here you need to understand that their 20 degrees and our 20 degrees., it is incorrect to compare because the sun is shining decently, you want to go into the shade.
The sea in January: well, it's not colder than in Crimea in September, you can and should swim!
Pools: there is heating, the pool is warm in winter, among other things there is a children's pool, the water is generally hot there.
Well, if you decide to boil in water, then go to the Jacuzzi outside.
About the food, for those who started reviews: you can bring food to the hotel from the store! You can't just bring open burgers, McDonald's fries, etc. The main thing is that the food is packed.
The staff tries to lick your hands when you turn away, in other words, they are very friendly. In general, the mentality in Jordan is different from the Egyptian one, going out into the city you will be unnoticed by the locals, no one bothers you, it is very comfortable.
Among the disadvantages of the hotel: there are no corals, fish, instead of them, various watercraft float in front of the hotel that muddy the water and introduce us to the Arab stage, such as to put it mildly... Unusual...
