The Kempinski hotel chain does not need advertising, but I will say a few words. Very beautiful design. There is a lot of water on the territory. Beautiful landscape design. The rooms are comfortable. The bed is sooo big. Incredibly comfortable pillows. Now about the cons. We were accommodated in the outermost block on the 4th floor. There is no elevator. The ceilings are high and therefore the stairs are long. Stomp up and down at least six times a day. It's not critical for someone, but it is for us. It is on the upper floors that there are very small balconies. If there are two chairs and a table, it is not possible to turn around at all. You can't hide from the sun..the top is covered with an infrequent grille. There is another problem - pigeons are resting on this grid and the entire balcony, including chairs and a table, is dirty. The balcony is cleaned every third time. Cleaning...it is clear that in the morning everyone is on the beach and it's time to clean up, but they come with cleaning at lunch and later. So we stayed without cleaning several times. There is no "do not disturb" sign, so they come with water and fresh towels during an afternoon nap. Meal...In principle, it is very diverse, but almost all is bland, tasteless. With a bright local taste, only salads and a large selection of them. Very tasty desserts, very tasty and fresh bread. The beach is clean and comfortable. Large stationary umbrellas, comfortable sun beds, there is something like a wicker fence at each umbrella, which creates a feeling of comfort and intimacy. You can get as many towels as you want and the staff will bring them, put sun beds as you like, bring water. There is a call button on each umbrella. You can order food and drinks. Fruits are distributed for free. Important! The beach with children is located separately and this is strictly observed. Shower, toilet, a place to wash your feet from the sand. There are no locals, there are no nonsense sellers. There are several shops in the hotel. You can buy bathing accessories, flip-flops, hats, pareos, a mask with a snorkel for swimming, sweaters, aromatic oils, local creams, karkade. There is a school for teaching sailing on boards with a sail. There is an entertainment program on weekends. Two years ago, we ordered the so-called royal room, all the difference from the rest is a large balcony and a gorgeous view. This year, they tried to cheat us at the settlement...they asked for an additional payment of 3,000 euros for 12 days!!! And we ordered it in advance, but they didn't give it to us..Well, it's already booked, so we ordered a regular one. Now it's clear why it was booked...the field for wiring...local flavor, so to speak. We flew to Cairo for two days. Additional transfer...with hassle, despite the advance payment and the voucher. An individual transfer to the airport was also ordered...We got a general one..with check-ins at all hotels..They also tried to accuse us...An additional confirmation is required for such a transfer...Well, in short, it's also a local flavor
It's just a song!!! If you still find an opportunity to book there, then go ahead. Sooo decent hotel! Starting from the bathroom in the lobby (it's not clear where I got to, the smell of flowers and the cleanliness of the laboratory) ending with the room and the restaurant. All for 5 points. A separate delight is the menu, fresh guava juices, strawberries, mangoes, I'm silent about the usual orange and pear, freshly salted fish and poached eggs for breakfast. Well, in general, we need to go there!
