There are practically no families with children, which is good, they are bored there. The beach is sandy, the sun beds are huge and stand far from each other.
The hotel is good, and the food, and the cleaning and a very attentive staff!
I especially want to thank the girl named Devrim Jensen from the bottom of my heart!!! This is an amazing kind and caring person! God grant her joy and happiness! It so happened that I had a problem, and how much participation and help I received from her!!!

A decent hotel. The service, staff and especially the kitchen (food) are excellent. The number of rooms "let down" needs to be updated. The beach is sand with pebbles. You can always find free sun beds. The atmosphere is friendly and calm. I recommend.
A real European "five"! No animation. Silence, eucalyptus pines. Renovated rooms in the main building. Excellent new Lake suites with access to the pool and views of the golf course. The restaurant is without frills, but everything is fresh and delicious. The audience is calm. families with very young children who cannot be heard. Middle-aged couples, Older couples. Teenage children are frankly bored if they don't play golf or tennis. But the hotel takes you for free to a nearby hotel on a roller coaster or for a small amount to evening performances.
The hotel is already very tired.. There are few sun beds on the beach. The food is delicious, the pizza by the pool is just gorgeous. Special thanks to the girl who teaches yoga 🙏 There is not much entertainment, and the hotel is far from life, but for someone this is a plus)

Shopping centers are nearby, 40 minutes away. There are interesting excursions also not far from the hotel.

One had welcome fruits and the other didn't. Also, when I checked in, my refrigerator leaked. I called the reception twice. You think someone has come. We didn't even think about it. As a result, I collected the water myself and sorted out the refrigerator myself. About the cleaning. There are no complaints here. They clean well and efficiently. There are no questions about the numbers. They are a little tired, but still good. There are also no questions about the kitchen. High-quality and delicious.
But there is no territory, from the word at all. There is no place to walk. Only from the hotel to the beach. On the beach, the sun beds are also a little tired, as well as umbrellas. To which the audacious taxi driver demanded another 20 euros (allegedly waiting for us) and was sent in a certain direction. He went with us to the reception and started a row there. He demanded another 20 euros penalty from us. The staff staunchly maintained neutrality. Where has it been seen that taxi drivers chastise hotel guests for not going with them? This is nonsense. And a huge minus for Kempinski's employees. Who took the position of observers. I also asked them why taxi drivers behave like this, to which they replied that taxis do not apply to them. I asked them if it was the mafia. To which they replied that you were, no mafia. Although I saw for myself that they were calling them on a small walkie-talkie. It is strictly contraindicated for asmatics and allergy sufferers. Problems with the chemicals used to clean the room.
I would put a separate 2* for the SPA. For its discomfort, dilapidation and insecurity.
Wires wrapped with duct tape inside the hammam. Probably because of this, the lights in the hammam were completely turned off twice in 20 minutes.
Plumbing handles in the shower that just stay in your hands. Shelves in clothing cabinets that fall when touched. Rust is often found and generally smells of old age and even mold in places. I didn't find a single normal shower in the entire SPA.
I was at this hotel 8 years ago and it was a quiet nice hotel. Now it can't even be called quiet, because after 23.00 the music from the neighboring hotel continues to rumble.
There are so many unsafe things that you can't really relax in a hotel. These are practically raw fish for lunch, these are the sharp edges of umbrellas on the pier that have lost plugs, broken switches (never repaired despite calls from N328), air conditioners that have not been treated from bacteria for a long time, and even a large glass table with a broken corner in the lobby.
There are no questions for the staff - they are really all great fellows. But the manager and the owner are unacceptably skimping on the safety of guests.

Everything was great until the day when we decided to have dinner not at Sofra (this is a really wonderful restaurant on the golf course), but at the Kempinski general restaurant.
And our child was poisoned in a large communal restaurant.
Since we have not eaten anywhere before except in Kempinski, we are sure that the poisoning occurred at the hotel.
The hotel staff are great, everyone is trying their best. But the fact remains that our child was severely poisoned in the Kempinski House.
This is some kind of deja vu, as it was 10-20 years ago, when the older children were poisoned in this hotel and in other Turkish fives.
There is no faith in the Kempinski brand or in diligent management if the hotel kitchen is unsanitary.
And the fact that the hotel saves on the safety of guests is indicated by the fact that three years ago there was a coffee table with a broken corner in the lobby of the hotel, so it stands now without replacing the glass or table (although I talked about it and wrote to the manager a few years ago that it was dangerous).
A very pleasant hotel - stylized in the Turkish style, good infrastructure, pool and beach are kept in perfect order. A spacious water area. Very comfortable sun beds and umbrellas. The cuisine is varied and of high quality, it takes a couple of weeks to try everything ... near the golf club and shopping 10 minutes by car… The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

We have been at this hotel since August 28 for 9 days. Upon arrival, there was no room with two beds, and front manager Cuneyt Zhuneit provided us with a room of the above category absolutely free of charge, for which I am grateful to him! During our vacation, I constantly turned to him for help, and Cuneyt solved my questions quickly, within 5 minutes. It's nice to see such a professional approach to your clients! I would especially like to mention the waitress Minura, who delighted us with her smile and attentive service! Also thanks to the waiters Mahmud, Ali, Ahmed! In general, the rest went well, we were at the Sofra dinner, took a tent on the pier for the day, rode a jet ski 4 times, flew by parachute, drove a jet ski in the form of a car (I don't remember what it's called), and also rode a horse along the beach. There were also negative moments, but I won't write about it!
