1. Good transport accessibility, for me. I don't know what will happen in winter yet, but in summer and in September everything is fine.

4. Good kitchen in each section with tea and coffee.
5. Decent furniture.
6. The views from the window start only from the 5th floor and only from the windows to the east and south.
7. They clean every day. The cleaning lady is always hanging out somewhere on the floor, so you can call if anything.
8. On the east side there are chillers on the ground, which make such a noise that you can't sit with the window open.
9. A pleasant waiting area with a sofa on the floor in the corridor of our section.
10. Meeting rooms with glass walls, confidential information cannot be shown there, because it is not very convenient to hold a full meeting.
In general, a decent business center, but something needs to be done with the negotiations. Hang something like roller blinds on the control panel so that you can close yourself from prying eyes.

Reliability, Safety and Comfort are about Ken-Dala Business Center. We rent one office on the 4th floor. Everything is very well thought out. The rooms have sound insulation. The conference rooms are equipped with everything necessary. I didn't regret choosing this business center.
