The conditions are not great, however, it is quite possible to stay for a couple of days. The main thing is that it is quiet and almost a 10 -15 minute walk from the akimat. The only thing that is terrible is breakfast: some inedible porridge or even yesterday's omelette from the refrigerator. You can only eat bread and butter. The rest is for the amateur.... The hotel should involve another company for cooking.
The rooms are quite cozy, but not for luxury. It's okay to spend the night. There is no hot water due to repairs. But the services are provided in full.
