We took porcelain stoneware to the kitchen and hallway. When the master had previously laid out, it turned out that the tiles 60-60 differ in tone. The horizontal tabs in the bathroom also differ in tone. They called them and said that this could not be. They left it like that, because there was no desire to take 500 kg back.

And I wanted stitches that fit together properly! It turns out I wanted a lot.And the result is the same-no one is interested in the client's problems.Yes, the run-up is acceptable, acceptable during production, but not during installation.Dear store management! Of the "consultants" present in the salon, no one even came up, they were sitting with their faces buried in computers, in order to at least clarify at least the presence of tiles, they had to distract, moreover, each time someone new, there was no question of assistance in the selection at all, she ran from hall to hall, took tile samples and put them to the other one... No one even asked if I needed help. There is a choice of tiles, there is no service.
We must pay tribute to the warehouse - 2.5 tons of tiles were loaded promptly, in 15 minutes, therefore 3*)

Previously, they could not bring tiles to us, they constantly said that "this is not how it works" and the manager in the salon said "I don't know, I'm pregnant at all, what do you want from us". As a result, I wrote one bad review - they immediately found the time and brought it. However, only a part was brought, and the rest was said to be brought later. Okay The order is from May 3, we are still waiting for this "later". The manager says that there is no tile, it has been gone for three months. The construction is underway, they already thought to buy from others, they said that they were still looking from one warehouse and everything was there for a long time. Honestly, do they even work there? Or is the task to sell, and then the problem of customers? Honestly, we want to get what we paid for and not come back to you anymore because I've never met ANYTHING like THIS.
