On the recommendation of friends, we turned to this store for a choice of porcelain stoneware. I came with my wife from another city. At first glance, everything was fine, we liked it and chose porcelain stoneware (Spain), which we liked for the price (it was at a discount) and color. We turned to a consultant girl who approached us. It turned out that this granite is not available, you need to order. The consultant said that she would clarify whether it was possible to bring it and when, we agreed to wait, left a plan with the dimensions of the seats (for the layout of porcelain stoneware), the consultant said that the price could change, both up and down, and payment of 80% of the cost.Half an hour later, they called us back and said that the delivery could be in two months, which was fine with us. We returned to the store because we were nearby and said we agreed. On the way home, we were sent one version of the stoneware layout and how much we need to take, as well as payment, after which they order the stoneware from the manufacturer. After thinking carefully, they asked about the contract, they sent it to us electronically on the phone, why they didn't let us get acquainted with it on the spot, it's not clear, although they said that we were from another city. We got acquainted with the contract and wrote to have it sent to us by mail. A week later, we decided to clarify about the contract and calculate another option for the layout of porcelain stoneware. The next day, they sent us another layout option (we liked it better), no one has sent the contract yet. They asked to recalculate and redo the contract, because the amount of porcelain stoneware was different. A little later, the consultant sent 95% of the cost of the entire granite for payment and wrote that the discount was valid until the end of the month, although earlier in the conversation, we were told that in addition to the discount we would have another 5% additional discount. After thinking carefully once again, we decided to call the store, got to the Call center, they reported that the deposit was from 50%, why the consultant told us they did not know more and also confirmed that the price could change, both up and down by 2-3 rubles per square. After thinking carefully, we decided to refuse, for the reason:
1. The consultant is not in his place, all the information needs to be extracted by himself.
2. The contract is drawn up only in favor of the seller, but not the buyer, you need to carefully familiarize yourself, because if you refuse the goods, you lose your entire deposit, and if they do not bring you within 2 months, according to the contract, they will simply refund the money.
3. It is not written anywhere how the price can change, only in words.
4. The price for the exhibition is written at a discount, but there is no porcelain stoneware, if you order, the price is without a discount, where is the logic or is it a scam?
Excellent assortment, average market prices in the country. The consultants are unobtrusive, but responsive! Of the cons: promotional items on the site may not be available for sale, the database is updated with a long delay.

We ordered a tile, all 17 boxes arrived defective. The complaints department tactfully promised that products fully tested in stock would be brought to replace the defective product. However, the next day all the defective tiles arrived again: with bumps, white dots, brown dots, dents. The result: the effort, time and nerves spent, the postponement of the tiler's work and the failure of the deadlines for moving into the apartment. At the same time, the organization did not even try to hush up the conflict in any way.
At the end of March, we bought tiles in the salon on Pobediteley Avenue. We chose the time to buy on the days when the promotion was held: -15% discount.
We bought the tiles for the future, on the occasion of a discount, and we started repairing them later. The tiles in our apartment began to be laid only now, in July.
During the renovation, the design changed slightly, due to technical features, it was not possible to make a niche above the installation and did not match the color of the kitchen apron.
We contacted the salon (in July), where we bought the tile, with a question about the possibility of a partial refund. We were told that the return period has expired, but the salon managers will contact the warehouse and ask if the warehouse will accept the rest of the tiles. The next day they contacted us and said that the warehouse did not want to accept tiles.
To make it clear, we did not hand over a lot of tiles, we were talking about 6 pieces of 60×60 format (apron) and 1 piece of 120×60. It seems to be a small amount, but still it's money.
Plus, we took the tile at a discount and, accordingly, the salon would accept it at the same price. That is, it would also be beneficial for the salon, because it would not be spent on transportation (the buyers themselves carry returns to the warehouse) and bought the running goods (tiles are still sold in the salons of this network) at a discount price.
I would like to note that there are only positive impressions from communicating with managers in the salon. They tried both to help with the selection of goods and tried to negotiate with the warehouse.
But the warehouse apparently works by the standards of a scoop, where a man is a wolf to a man: 0 customer orientation.
We also offered to change the tile to another one that we needed, with or without an additional payment, but no. As a result, we were left with a tile that does not suit us now and we cannot hand it over. Read - money thrown away. This caused an unpleasant aftertaste, because in many other salons, the rest of the tiles can be handed over after repair - this is a common practice. And here the client has no right to miscalculate. Of course, the salon did everything according to the law, used its right not to take the tiles. But still, there are different moments in the repair: something is not taken into account, something is bought more, something is adjusted in the process. And this attitude does not make you come back to buy again. Perhaps, in our next renovation, we will choose a tile salon that is more loyal to customers.
And to the reader of this review: if you buy here, then count on every piece, it's better to buy less and buy it than to end up with the rest on your hands with which you will be sent home. You have a paid right to miscalculate.
