In a difficult situation, we found and offered a solution for the fast delivery of tiles, which I chose almost by phone with the help of Dmitry's manager. An excellent specialist, he does not take up attention and patience. The tiles are laid in a small corridor with three doors, one portal and a staircase to the second floor! It looks great! The choice is huge, especially tiles and porcelain stoneware, I think you can find a lot of things for wall cladding. There is a large selection of plumbing fixtures, but the prices, I would say, are the same as in any hardware store. There is also a large selection of faucets from some unknown Chinese companies at conditional discounts. Large parking lot. The staff greeted us at the entrance and that was it.

I've never written reviews. But I really want to write words of gratitude to the manager Tatiana (surname like Klimaseva, sorry if not exactly). She approached my "whims" professionally, was very attentive and patient. With her help, we purchased tiles for the kitchen, hallway, and loggia. For the bathroom, I helped to determine the plumbing. Honestly, communication with her was not inconvenient, it was pleasant at home and in a family way. Restrained and attentive, a knowledgeable specialist. I will definitely come for the remaining little things for my kitchen and bathroom. And only to her!!!

Attention deception!!!
I bought tiles in this store, the price immediately seemed cheaper than in Minsk, but in fact we counted an extra tile of 5 packs of 2 pieces each tile size 120/60.
If you take a tile from them, count it yourself or contact specialists in other stores for calculation, they are DECEIVING you in this store!!! The tiles are not accepted back!!! We haven't seen each other that they didn't put it according to their layout, it's all a HOAX!!!

Disgusting warehouse work!
03/01/2025 we paid for the tiles in the store and went to the warehouse to pick up the tiles.Warehouse workers tried to replace the missing tile (2 boxes out of 11) with a different tone and caliber.We decided to order home delivery.We paid for the delivery and the lift, and again we were disappointed.The tile box was of a different tone and caliber, and 10 tiles were unpacked.

07.10 I bought a tile in this store. on the 14th day of laying, it was clear that there were 5 extra tiles of 60x120 size left, I immediately called the manager to make a refund (under the contract of 14 days) . to which I heard "you are late at the end of the working day, you will not be able to return the tile" (The contract from the store is not respected). They didn't even apologize for the fact that the designer counted as many as 5 extra large-format tiles. For the quality of Polish Paradyz tiles and a large selection, I give the store 5 stars. and for customer orientation and the work of managers, 0 stars.

I replied that we would definitely come. We arrived at the discount, they don't even know what the positions are, they referred to the fact that the manager from the usual salon was responsible, as if I had to find out somehow. It turned out that these positions partially do not exist, and what is there is at a different price. We began to choose at least something from the available, because the goal was to leave with the purchase. Prices are unreasonably high. The consultant seems nice and kind, says little about the case, knows little about the positions, too, everything looks through the database, it took a very long time. As a result, she counted us more than we needed, although we mentioned it. They left without shopping and very unhappy.

I liked how the warehouse workers worked, but with the entrance to the territory, we need to think about how to do better. If there was an order number in the phone, I had to first look for a place in the parking lot before the barrier, run to the office to print a piece of paper, then return and enter the territory.
But these are small things. In general, they served very quickly, the loader put the tiles in the car himself, for which I thank him very much. Everyone communicated very politely, even the woman who explained to everyone the principle of arrival at the barrier was very polite and restrained.
