Compared to the products of the Russian Federation, and even more so in Europe, design solutions are similar to the products of the 90s. This is probably a disease of our country, both in the design of ceramics and in knitwear, like it or not, take what you have.

I bought a Desert 7 tile, an Eridan washbasin and a Bari toilet at the end of March 2023. I am very happy with everything. Thanks to consultant Alesa. Very polite, patient with all doubts. We redrawn the layout until my mother and I were satisfied. They were picking up a fugue. And all this time, Alesya did not rush us anywhere, despite the fact that the closing time of the store was running out. Service 10 out of 10!!!

There are a lot of people, because there is a warehouse there and many people buy by pickup. Therefore, I recommend a store on Independence)

I visited this store the other day to buy tiles. The consultant immediately offered help in choosing. Thanks a lot for that, but I refused, I made the choice myself. When drawing up the purchase agreement, there were big problems on the part of the store. The contract states that you can pay 50% immediately, the rest upon receipt of the goods, but I was told 100% prepayment. I made a 100% pedoplay for the goods and delivery. The text of the contract was changed, about 100% prepayment, but the points about penalties for non-payment, refusal, etc., remained. Little things, but not pleasant. Why did you put 5? Thanks to the delivery. Although a little out of time, but the operator worked clearly, I am grateful to her for this) And the guys who brought the order, well done!!! Unfortunately, I don't know who they are, but the driver's last name is Ozhiganov in the contract. I wish there were more such people in everyone's life! In general, I was satisfied, I recommend it.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a NEGATIVE review.
I bought Keramin / Keramin tiles of the Dune series in four color variations at the company store at 46 Nezavisimosti Ave., Minsk.
As a free service, drawing the layout according to the measurements provided. The consultant was provided with clear measurements and a technical passport of the object under repair (toilet and bathroom in a panel house). The layout and design completely satisfied me, the tiles were counted, I made a cash payment in the amount of more than 1,600 rubles.
The tile is large in size 300x600 !
As a result of the repair, 9 (nine) pieces of WHOLE tiles remained in rooms where no redevelopment was carried out, walls did not collapse and the design project prepared by the Keramin consultant was NOT violated. I don't even count the tiles that have gone undercut, although there are a lot of them left.
Such a quantity, with a properly calculated layout and volume, could not remain with a competent specialist. Each tile costs about 30 rubles. Attempts to issue a refund to the store were unsuccessful. The store administrator promised to resolve the issue and call, but the call never came.
All the documents, receipts, layouts and photographs of the repairs were left on hand, where it is clearly visible that the drawing is not broken and everything is done in strict accordance with the layout.
Where should I put unnecessary tiles now for a decent amount, if it's NOT MY fault that Keramin calculated the layout incorrectly!

Basically everything is presented on tablets, and there are not many layouts. But the prices are average or slightly above average, and sometimes there are even promotions and you can get a tile with a discount of 30-45%. The tile quality is good.
The service is polite.
