There was no organization, the locations were inconvenient, we sat on the bus for several hours waiting for all the tourists (from Kyrgyzstan) At the end of all the torments, the return journey is a separate quest On the border of Kazakhstan, 5 hours sitting in a bus waiting for tourists from Samarkand ... without waiting, we went and 2 hours later we waited for a "New Year's surprise" at night in the cold to transfer to another bus. It was hell. The campaign did not bring any apologies, not to mention compensation. I do not advise anyone to go with this company. There are many good companies in Kazakhstan. My and not only ( everyone was disappointed, to put it mildly) opinion is that this is just a gift of money, time and, most importantly, the nerves of this dishonest company

The buses are terrible, especially used Chinese-made ones that run along the route towards the border with Uzbekistan. I don't recommend driving in winter unless you want to end up in the hospital with pneumonia...
