A very cool sauna. The steam room is great, always clean, the staff is friendly. By the way, you can just come without anything, they will give you a bathrobe, slates, you will steam without any problems and they will also do peeling. There is a master who does the peeling. Her name is Madina. I advise you to get to her. Super does it. I personally have been taking peeling from her for more than 5 years.

I used to often visit the sauna with my daughter and friends. I like the hammam, there is always fresh steam in the steam room. There is a cafe where everything is fresh. But, the prices bite. I haven't been visiting for almost a year lately, because the last time we went it was very cold inside and there was a smell of a septic tank. They say it was refreshed after the repair. I recently visited the Keremet sauna and sauna in Astana and was very pleased. The sauna is located in a quiet area, which creates a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. The complaint for the staff... is very rude, even, especially the Russian woman who is sitting in the locker room is very rude. Rude to everyone around the guests, yelling at the whole hall!
When we came in, we were told to leave at 22:45. But they started kicking us out at 21:30 and at exactly 22:00 we were no longer in the bathhouse. They kicked us out screaming, to put it mildly.
Why is that??? Why did they say something different when they came in and then started kicking them out?
Change the staff and set a normal schedule!!!

I did not understand the joke why it is impossible to visit saunas in swimming trunks, and even more so the pool. You need to take off your swimming trunks if you still put on a sheet and swim naked. In short, it is very easy to pick up some kind of infection. There are so many people swimming there and going to the shower for show. It will be worth visiting this bathhouse in Astana. At first, she was super, but even now she's giving off heat!) This is a whole palace, not a bathhouse for mere pennies, if you compare it with Sanduns, for example! A large swimming pool with paddling pools, sauna, Russian bath, hammam on stones with different temperatures, hammam with steam and several other types of baths. You can have a beer with delicious fish, or tea with samsa! All this for about 500 rubles!

Все круто, только холодно. Классно, что парилок несколько, но там толпа в обычные дни. Камни, были не очень горячие. Обслуживание хорошее. Жаль нет аптеки. А и ящики, дают то у входа, то всех в кучу сгоняют, хотя свободного места много. У меня предпоследний ящик в глубине был, так женщина разложилась, ещё сверху на мои вещи наложила. Это не приятно. Фены слабые. К сожалению. Было чисто. За это спасибо.

Банный комплекс 2 этажа, большой бассейн между этажами и джакуззи. На каждом этаже русская и финская парная, хамам и много других видов парных.
Когда то была очень хорошей, людей сейчас очень много, по выходным особенно. Очередь, начиная с кассы. Раньше отдельно оплачивали за шлепанцы, сейчас и за простыню. В банном комплексе Пар суховат, обжигающий, для меня нормально, но на любителя, правда долго не держится, выветривается быстро. После очистки парной, подняться на вверх невозможно, все толпяться около входа. Имеется кафе на 1 этаже где мест практически не бывает, приходится ждать пока освободиться либо тащить с собой в раздевалку.

Лучший банный комплекс Астаны. Большой бассейн с прохладной водой для плаванья, и два маленьких бассейна с ЛЕДЯНОЙ(!!!) водой! Классные парные комнаты и с сухим паром, и с влажным паром для работы с веником. Удобное расположение, большая парковка. В идеале нужно захватить с собой термос чая.

Нравится эта баня. Ещё и рядом с домом. Всегда с дочей ходим в Керемет. Керемет десе Керемет. Единственный минус в кафе внутри бани персонал грубый. А так все устраивает. Ещё приду. Посоветую ли я знакомым? Однозначно Да.

Многолюдно, недорого, просторно, все услуги есть. Холодно и хоть хожу сюда не первый раз так и не разобрался в архитектуре. Постоянно заблуждаюсь в идиотских коридорах и куда бы я не пошёл оказываюсь в хамаме. Буду ходить.

Ооо...это заведение очень специфично. Для такого комплекса очень слабое заведение. Ну начнем с того что в мужском отделе нет нормальной кухни, но зато там есть всё для бухариков, в отличие от женского где там и горячие блюда и шашлыки и всё чтобы поесть после отличного парения. Самый неоднозначный момент это то что плавать в бассейне надо только голышом и я считаю что это бред. Мы ведь не в Германии,даже в плавательных принадлежностях нельзя. Такое ощущение будто кто то хочет увидеть все пиписки Астаны)))
