A small hotel located 100 meters from the central Dostyk street. Near the river and the beginning of the mountain. We were in the heat of 32 in the room, even the air conditioner was not turned on.the coolness from the river and the mountains is very comfortable.We took a large room on the top floor. The room itself is normal, a little worn, but the bed is comfortable. Filling the room as in the hotel 5 bathrobe, slippers, all accessories, shaving And so on. Coffee machine . The staff is friendly and helpful. They asked for wine glasses, they brought them to us. Breakfast is brought to the room. There is no variety, but we just like what we eat. Fried eggs 2 eggs salad , sausages, toast with cheese and cheese. There is a choice of porridge. Bringing breakfast before 10.00, at what time you ask, it is convenient. There is a parking lot of its own. In general, the impression is very good. The shopping center is very conveniently located nearby. There are a lot of restaurants along the street. It is convenient to order a taxi from Yandex and charge it from our card. There is no need to change it. Taxis are not expensive. From the hotel to the Medeo and the groove 450 rubles . They gave 32,000 rubles in 5 days.

A nice little hotel.
Of the minuses, there is no elevator, and it is simply a shame to take a cash deposit "for damage to property" in the 21st century.
Breakfast is not bad, but the organization wants the best:
On the first day, they asked to submit it by 7 a.m. At 7:30 we went to look for breakfast and where is it? We met the cook — he is not aware of our order.
On the second day, they asked for breakfast at 10, brought it at 8 🤣
But! Next time I will stop right there, and I wish the owners success, prosperity and work on mistakes, improving the service.

I do not recommend it. Breakfast was not brought at all. The door lock to the room was broken and it was repaired only on the second day. Administrators are constantly absent. To my request to move me to the first floor, since I have sore legs, there is no reaction at all. Although I personally saw the customers moving out. I do not recommend it with children at all, as the moans and screams of some local customers will be provided for you

Very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The renovation in the hotel is made of the cheapest materials, the furniture is terrible. There was no one at the reception when checking in, there was a sign "I'll be there in 5 minutes" with a phone number, but no one answered calls to this number for half an hour. Then a hotel employee came and said he hadn't heard the call... I booked and paid for the hotel through Yandex Travel, and the hotel employee assured for a long time that they did not accept payment from the service and asked to pay for the reservation... then I started contacting someone by phone to find out if I could pay for my reservation via Yandex, it's good that everything turned out and I was allowed to stay at this hotel))) however, they were forced to pay the "tourist fee", since they did not want to argue after the flight, they agreed to pay. After that, they also said that they needed to leave a deposit of 20,000 tenge... in the room you can see that they are being cleaned, but the carpet is all stained, the table is all cracked, the towel was hung in the bathroom dirty with dried snot))) The declared breakfast was never tasted, as it was said to be brought to the room from 9 am... accounting documents, as it turned out, cannot be done at departure either, since they are made by an accountant who comes by 10 o'clock... but there are also advantages: there are a lot of positive reviews on Yandex (probably they wrote to themselves), the availability of parking, a full set of accessories for washing.
Bottom line: a terrible hotel, I do not recommend it, and 10% of the cost of living is not worth it!

A very nice hotel, large rooms, a large bed with a comfortable mattress. The bathroom has everything you need with plenty- shampoo, shower gel- in large quantities. The breakfasts are delicious, they are brought straight to the room. The service is excellent, very hospitable, always ready to help! There is a park with a mountain river nearby where you can walk or sit on benches and rest. I recommend this hotel

I DON'T ADVISE ANYONE! At the moment, I'm sitting on the bed and crying from impotence already. My worst hotel experience in my entire life! I have been here for 3 days and for all 3 days I had hot water in my room for 5 minutes and then not when I needed it in the morning or evening, but after lunch. The rest of the time it's icy, the receptionists say yes, we'll fix it, and nothing changes. The time is 11 pm, I returned from a hiking trip, I really need a shower, but there is none, although the hotel is not the cheapest. They're just taking advantage of the situation that everything in the city is sold out now and I have nowhere to move out. I don't give a damn about people at all. The whole impression of the wonderful welcoming Kazakhstan is blurred by this creepy hotel, where the customer who paid the money means nothing.
