But the very fact that their security level is above average. For this reason, a solid 5. The apartments are super. There is a narrow parking lot, but if you are careful, then you can squeeze in big cars.

The area is very nice. Beautiful flower beds with roses everywhere, places for gatherings on warm summer evenings, and even in the rain, because there are places closed under roofs. There are many playgrounds with various activities for children. Good infrastructure: grocery stores, medical centers of various profiles, beauty salons, pharmacies, various shops /kiosks with a pleasant variety of goodies. Clear. A large area for children to walk safely, where the car is allowed only occasionally, due to some need. There is a huge shopping mall within walking distance. Among the disadvantages: in the 16-storey buildings there are quite small elevators for such an area in the entrance without a mirror at all, it feels like you are climbing in a box.

To enter the courtyard, you need to make a circle around the area. Cars don't start the courtyard, that's good. In the evening, many children and adults walk and relax. There are many benches, landscaping. Across the street, a large shopping mall is located for entertainment and shopping. Repairs are underway, and the large parking lot is closed, which does not create convenience.
