For the service - 5 stars....But I didn't like it, for the last time....When recording, they did not warn that they would call back and confirm the recording. On the day of the recording, it was a weekday, there was no opportunity to respond. My child was turned back when he arrived at the appointed time. It wasn't pretty and it wasn't ethical. Please, if you have introduced such rules, warn the client about it for a couple of months. And so.... I like everything

I signed up for styling for the holiday. They said the installation will cost 25-35p, it will take about an hour. As a result, I came, waited another 15 minutes, and was almost late for the holiday. They did everything terribly, I style my hair much better at home. I asked for volume at the roots, they lifted a strand of hair with my hands and just sprayed varnish there-THE WHOLE VOLUME. She was upset, the wallet was ruined, the money was paid in vain. They have not yet warned that a new hairdresser will do the styling, they acted very unkindly!!! 0/10, I won't go back there anymore
It was supposed to be serviced on 18.11.23 at 12.30 at Alesya's. I came on time. No one reacts in the barbershop. They greet each other through their teeth. Alesya was doing her client's hair, she didn't react to me. After 15 minutes of waiting, I was told that there was an overlap and there was another person in front of me. And I need to wait 20-25 minutes. Then another girl came out, did not introduce herself and began to assure me that she had called me. I didn't hear the bell. Was it really impossible in this case to meet me at the entrance and explain the situation? The staff does not know the words "sorry" and "please". The staff (Alesya) does not know how to talk adequately. The mood was spoiled. I had to look for another salon. It's a pity that this barbershop loses all the positive things that it once had and turns into an ordinary diner at the train station.

I came, the master called my colleagues and told them that he would be late. 15 minutes have passed, there is no master, they tell me that she will stay longer - I left because I cannot wait.
I understand that it's early. I understand that circumstances may change - we are all human beings.
But I don't understand why her colleagues should blush and apologize for a master who is late.

I signed up for a haircut with my child at 14:00, the child went to the men's room, I went to the women's room. We have come to our time. I said that we were at 14:00 by appointment, the master in the men's room immediately took the child, and the master to whom I signed up calmly turned around and went to the store. After some time, she came when the receptionist told her that they came to her at 14:00 by appointment and were waiting for her, she said that it turned out to be my fault, she did not say about it. Probably the master of the Russian language does not know, it was necessary to say in Chinese. And then it turned out that she was waiting for her friend for this time. It's not very pleasant.
So far there are no complaints. I got a haircut from three masters. Everything is arranged. There is even an air conditioner in the first hall. The interior inside is the palace of the Catherine era
I constantly used the services of this barbershop and was pleased with the work of this institution. But on 01/31/2020 I fell into the hands of the master Charkova T.V. Usually it takes no more than 10 minutes for my haircut (there is not much hair left with age, and I have no claims to irresistible beauty). With Master Charkova, we fought with my haircut for half an hour. Moreover, while doing her job, she had a lot of other things to do: talk to her friends, talk to visitors, etc. As a result, the result of the haircut is somewhere empty, somewhere thick. But that's okay - everything happens. However, in response to my comments, I heard a lot of moralizing and offensive phrases addressed to me, which made me write this claim. It's also a shame that behind the backs of the absent masters (master Natalia, with whom I was often served, was on sick leave) it says something like this: "...I cannot, like your Natasha, cut your hair the way you ask. I cut my hair the way I can." That's the story.
