In June 2024, I underwent treatment at the multidisciplinary surgical department of the Kegiep Medikus Medical Center located at 45/1 Bukhar Zhyrau Boulevard in Almaty. The surgeon of the highest category, Nikonov Igor Olegovich, performed a wonderful laparoscopic operation of a 2-sided inguinal hernia with a TARR mesh. Igor Olegovich is a very qualified doctor with a capital letter, he has a huge professional experience and a sincere desire to help his patient. Also, I would like to express my great gratitude to the anesthesiologist Dzhuzbaev Zholdabai Omirbayevich for his professionally performed sedation and anesthesia process during the operation. Thanks to the kind and skillful nurses who prepared for the operation and helped me after it was completed. The operating unit, in my opinion, is equipped with very modern and versatile medical equipment of a new generation. I spent three days in ward No. 8 of the surgical department, under the supervision of my attending doctor Igor Olegovich, head of the department Margarita Muratovna Musabekova and the doctors on duty. According to their appointment, caring and experienced nurses gave me systems, antibacterial, painkillers, etc. injections. The comfortable and large single room is equipped with a comfortable functional bed, a spacious bathroom with a shower and a bathroom. There is also a TV, refrigerator, kettle, Wi-Fi, necessary furniture, dishes and a snow-white bed. And the large observation windows, from floor to ceiling, offer a beautiful panorama of the city. Delicious 4 meals a day are served at home in special closed trays, where it does not cool down for a long time and the patient can eat after a while or in portions. The department is completely quiet, everything is very clean and tidy. The medical staff is always very polite. My health has improved. Thank you very much to all the staff of the department! Returning to the beginning of the story, I want to add that the multidisciplinary medical center Keruen Medicus is a large 8-storey building with a beautiful facade, original and stylish interior design, comfortable furniture, and a cafeteria. There are good repairs everywhere, wall paintings, paintings. A well-established mechanism for the work of medical staff and the absence of queues. I quickly got through to the operator from home and made an appointment with Igor Olegovich. I had difficult and long-term hernias. But already at the first visit, I was sure that this particular doctor would help me and do it well. As a person, he is businesslike, polite, collected and very punctual. Thanks to these qualities, the doctor successfully conducts outpatient appointments, monitors inpatient patients, operates regularly and performs administrative work. He speaks about the most important thing, clearly and to the point: what is an operation; how to prepare for it; what examinations to undergo; how to prepare the necessary documentation. After treatment, Igor Olegovich introduces the patient to all the limitations, gives recommendations and conducts monitoring. Within 2 days, I passed all the necessary tests and examinations at the medical center. Simatova Saida Arkenovna, a therapist who was very attentive and not indifferent to her work, underwent a full examination and received admission to the operation from her. The receptionist's female consultants helped me sign a contract with the medical center, advising me during the examination and answering all my questions. Almost everyone liked the maternity hospital, except for food - not enough. Wonderful doctors from gynecologists to nurses. The only time was when the babysitter brought my newborn baby to to my lips, to which I made a remark to her, and she gave me a sidelong glance in response - it's unpleasant, to put it mildly, when a stranger allows himself to kiss your child. In general, I recommend the maternity hospital, good doctors, a good ward, the staff is responsive. I did not regret that I chose this particular hospital.
