The welcome dinner at the Karvansaray restaurant was designed to introduce Moscow guests to the peculiarities of the national Azerbaijani cuisine and culture, and this program was 100% completed at maximum. We not only ate abundantly and deliciously, paying tribute to kutabs, meat, dolma, pilaf, seasonal fruits, fresh herbs and vegetables, but also became spectators of a special show program with a performance by a group of musicians on folk instruments, with an incendiary belly dance and a fakir swallowing fire and walking barefoot on sharp sabers.
