The place is wonderful, the owner is helpful. A decent room, a spacious balcony, right from which you can observe the daily life of a local cafe (a kind of excursion into local life). By the way, about the cafe: delicious, inexpensive, there are places on the street and booths (even beer is sold). Near the hotel there are shops, a couple of normal establishments and a pharmacy.
